The store is clean and spacious. Customer service seemed OK. My husband signed up for a new account to use the 30SAVE off $75 (online) and it showed the promotion was invalid...even though they have signs everywhere. Luckily Katie ans Adelfa was able to get it all fixed.

The lady named Rocio who i was told was a manager was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at Albertson's. I had 3 separate door dash orders and I advised before she started ringing me up. She just started ringing things as I was trying to keep them separate. I had to stop her because she almost combined an item that was part of the second order with the first order. I think that's where the attitude came in at. Then before I had even removed my bags to take them away, she started ringing up the lady that was after me and putting her bags with mine. I told her to slow down and let me remove my bags. She did not listen and continued to mix up our bags until the lady behind me got upset as well. Rocio did not care nor act in a professional manner. The store was busy and just like she had a job to do, I had a job to do as well. I will never visit this Albertson's for my personal shopping needs and I hope I never have any orders for door dash in this area as well. When I go to the Albertson's in Burleson, the people are professional and I would have never been treated like this.

The pharmacy is great and I've never had a problem in 4 years I've been using them.
The store manager James is rude and lies.

Don’t recommend there’s an older man who I think might be a manager , I don’t know he’s been there for a while, cross eyed.. but every interaction I’ve had is him always being very rude, today he had the audacity to throw a box of macaroni at my mother..

I have been shopping at this Albertsons for 30 years. I have been using the pharmacy almost as long there. I have never been treated wrong before. Yesterday the Pharmacist that was there (Not the usual Pharmacist). She proceeded to deny filling my Mothers prescription. Which she needed for her double knee replacement. She said it was on the wrong piece of paper. When I tried to asked why or how to fix this situation. All she did is smile and say I can’t do that. I understand people make mistakes. What bothered me is that she seemed to revel in the idea of Power. I even asked why she was looking at me like that. In pure bliss of authority. No response just walked off. I hate to have to find another grocery store. When you spend around a thousand dollars monthly somewhere. You expect to be treated better. Watching my Mom cry all night from the pain has me disappointed.

Spoke with Sandra in the pharmacy today she was rude and dry. Placed me on hold without asking and then when I addressed her rudeness she hung up on me. I feel if you don’t want to be at work and you can’t compose yourself. Don’t come to work.

This has been the most positive experience at a pharmacy that I can remember. The tech was very friendly and the pharmacist was thorough, made sure I understood how to take my medication and patiently answered all my questions. Definitely my go-to pharmacy from now on!

POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR OVERALL!!!! I was around the deli area looking at the food they had to offer and there was chicken that was half off right in front of the deli meats and while I was looking at it I noticed I can see what's underneath the tray and I was disgusted to find DIRTY WATER, MOLDY FOOD PRODUCTS, AND JUST A BUNCH OF TRASH AND OLDDDDD FOOD PRODUCTS. Also they now have people who stand in front of the store and clean carts and this one girl was cleaning carts and she just had a nasty attitude and look on her face her posture showed she does not enjoy working there and it was busy so the registers were packed and instead of opening another lane the manager was just talking to the other cashiers and on her phone. ANYWAY OVERALL ITS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP AND THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED WITH ALL THE HEALTH VIOLATIONS!!!!!!!!

I have purchased food multiple times discovering at home the food I purchased is out of date. Most recent was a 8 almost 9 year expired product (best by Feb 2 2011). The whole shelf is like that, and they just remodeled. This should have been caught. Check your products before you buy it. Dec2019. There should be a surprise inspection.

I bought some shrimp here raw 21-25 count gulf and got home started to clean them and they smelled horrible! Just like ammonia!! You can get someone sick! Will never return!!
