Very distasteful for the employee (black boy with dreads and glasses) to say in front of paying customers (I’m not bagging all those groceries, the cashier gets paid $15 an hour to do that) the whole check out process could’ve went by a lot quicker if he just helped . SMH ! Lazy and complained when the im assuming manager tasked him out with something else later. The boy was literally standing around doing nothing anyways…be useful. Thats what your $12 an hour is for

I had the worst experience yesterday at Albertsons’s. I have never had an issue going up to the meat department and asking them to steam some shrimp for me and adding seasoning when I don’t have time to do it at home or I am on my way to work. I was the only person there I asked the gentleman if he could steam the shrimp for me he said give me 10 minutes I leave and come back he had not even put the shrimp in the steamer and was attending another costumer and proceeded to tell the customer about me waiting on what I ordered. And proceeded to talk about me making it a big deal which I had not even spoken to anyone or made a comment. Then he looked at me then attended another costumer mind you there was no one when I made my request. So I went to speak to a manager asked a woman and the self check out if I could speak to the manager she told me she was but she was not. She proceeded to tell me to wait that she would have someone come to me or that we would go see them. Told the store manager when we went back he was steaming the shrimp but I did not want it anymore due to the fact that he knew I was going to speak to a manager at could have tampered with the food.
I will not be back.

Yet another annoying trip to Albertsons thanks to team member Rebecca. Albertsons either need to start paying their employees more or training their staff in customer service. At 4:37 pm I checked myself out at self checkout. I went to check for ice because they have been out for a while and there is no sign on the cooler plus there was a sing gel bag in the cooler but it was open and missing ice. The team member that left a cart sitting in the middle of the walk way and in front of the ice cooler was way more annoyed than she needed to be when she yelled at me from 10 feet away that there was no more ice. Just once, I would like to be able to shop at this location and not be talked down to or spoken to with a disrespectful tone. Unacceptable and just embarrassing for the store and the employee.

We always go here because it's so close to work, and the employees are always so nice and helpful.. but I also want to give a shout out to the morning managers and the cashier! You guys were so helpful to my friend and I yesterday morning! Thank you!

Not bad. I frequent this location often and use self checkout. I've had issues with a couple of black male associates watching me too closely as if I'm a criminal. And yesterday one of them jokingly asked me if I was trying to steal. I made a joke back but his remark rubbed me the wrong way. It was unprofessional and discriminatory. I dont want to feel uncomfortable at the self checkout everytime I come here.

I only go there if I don't feel like driving to Walmart. The associates are rude, and the vibe their faces said it all. I was turning the corner from the end of the aisle. An associate would have hit me if I wasn't paying attention. I tell her I'm sorry I didn't see you, absolutely no acknowledgment that I even spoke to her. From now on, I'll drive the extra few minutes to Walmart.

Food is way overpriced, and most of the time, their produce looks like crap! If something is out of stock in produce, I always ask the
person working, "Do you have this?" Most of the time, he tells me a truck is coming but won't look for anything young guy there. Never find anything I need there!
