Mycah was so helpful and kind on the phone! Needed barley for a soup recipe and called three stores before and was treated rudely for asking. Mycah understood immediately and checked to make sure they had what I was looking for <3

I'm not happy about the crab legs. Was told they were 50% off for the pieces and the people in the seafood deli would not mark them 50% for whatever reason. Anyhow, I spent way too much for what I got. Will get mine from the real market when I go out of town.

"It will be at least an hour before we can do it." That is what I was told on my first and last trip to this Albertsons location when trying to get balloons for Oakmont Elementary. We were celebrating four of our teachers who are new TIA-ranked teachers and wanted to give them balloons in addition to celebrating them. Although we were not successful in getting them balloons, the celebration turned out great!

A store that honors its advertisement!
I want to thank Jordan for helping me out last week after my husband and I had a horrible experience at the location on Sycamore School Road. I frequently purchase their chuck roast when it’s on sale with the clip u deals for 3.97lb. I went to the Sycamore location and they would not honor the deal although it was clear in the ads what types of roast were included. We spent 45 minutes being told we didn’t know what cut of meat was on sale.
We left Sycamore location and came to Oakmont. Jordan updated my selection to correct price within 5 minutes. Very professional.

The cashier (Micheal) was not very friendly and did say hello. Gave my wife disparaging looks. (My wife does not speak English) paid with a hundred dollar bill he checked it there at the cash register, then he walked away to the office with the bill don't know why never had that done before. Walked back and finished the transaction. And said thank you. Also the the person that was bagging the groceries, my wife gave him a 5 dollar tip. Didn't even say thank you. Just put it in his pocket. I know you're not supposed to expect a thank you, but how many people give a bagger a 5 dollar tip.
