6pm Sunday. One one register #7open. Too long a wait..so many items in bakery and some meat produce that expired, molded and should be taken out. Poor young lady Brooke had to work deli despite sneezing and coughing while having to service customers.

It must be 40 degrees in this store. It absolutely horrible! Get the heating repaired! It's been miserable in there everytime I've been in there this winter. I may start shopping at Kroger.

This store does not honor its advertising deals.
I frequently purchase the chuck roast when it’s on sale with the clip u deals for 3.97lb. I went to the Sycamore location and they would not honor the deal although it was clear in the ads what types of roast were included. We spent 45 minutes being told by the manager, we had the wrong cut because it didn’t ring up. On top of that. When my husband came in because it was taking so long, one of the associates took his vest off and told my husband maybe he can do his job better. No one on staff knew the difference in bottom and chuck roast.
We left Sycamore location and came to the Oakmont location. Jordan updated my selection to correct price within 5 minutes. Very professional.

1st of all I don't know how is makes cheesecake but they need to go back to cooking school. When I pay $6 for a piece of cheesecake it should taste like cheesecake. If they have a recipe, then everyone needs to stick to it. The food up there is high priced already, and they are cutting portions.

we stopped at the sycamore location at 9:30 pm to buy a cake but the lady at the bakery refused to sell it to us, knowing well they could’ve made a sale. she knew we needed a cake and they had one but did not want to sell it to us. never going back

This store refuses to carry Bic lighters, or white American cheese and locks up the douche but leaves $40 pregnancy tests out on top of the same locked cabinet with $2.50 douche inside. Did I mention that you can smell the fish? Ugh, nastiest place on earth.

I've seen cleaner bathrooms in a gas station. If asked 2 tidy up, it's still disgusting! Y leave the toilet seat up so the customer can c how disgusting the toilet still is? I don't like this location. It is poorly stocked and smells wierd.

I worked here for a few days in 2019 before I was ran off by management. I was a cashier, as was said management. Over five years later I find out that I'm black listed from the company. This was a well known issue that even the old lady store manager knew about. This was something even customers knew about, and one of them had warned me at the job I had been at previous to this one. I'm so angry that I can't even put into words how much I'm completely DISGUSTED with this company, especially this location if any or all of the management I had dealt with are still here. DISGUSTED.
