Needed a storage unit in Ft Worth last minute and they got me set up same day. Storage was near my home and process was super easy. I loved that everything could be done online. Smooth move-in and great service!

I feel really bamboozled by these people and it’s frustrating because they seem so nice with good reviews. First of all when I signed up with them I told the sales associate at least five or six different times that I need a drive up unit so that I can get a LARGE truck to my unit. She did not in any way tell me how tight the driveways/roads are next to the unit. I had to do a 20 point turn to get my car out of the facility. The roads inside the facility are extremely narrow and you cannot fit a truck or a large vehicle. My lock on my unit never worked properly and it was extremely hard to close the unit. It is in a rather undesirable area and after the first time I went there I never went back alone. If they’re not going to be honest with you all about the actual environment of the facility I will be. There are so many other places in the same price range without those undesirable features. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will not rent from them again. -1 star if it was an option.

The location was absolutely flawless from the units all the way to the landscape screamed prosperity! I was pleased with the cleanliness as well as the location I'm looking forward to renting there very soon thank you Atlas

I’ve worked with Rachel for the past few weeks now and her customer service has been IMPECCABLE! She has kept me updated and informed through this entire process and always gets back to me within MINUTES on any questions or concerns I have. We need more people like her!!!

This by far is one of theeee best storage facilities I have been to, very clean and reasonable pricing to some of the others that I have been to this one by far is the best in my book.
