I used to work with All Star Corrugated many years ago while in new product development for a steel fabrication company. When an item moved from development into production, we needed custom packaging to ensure the best protection during transit. All Star was our go to corrugated company to design the packaging around the product. They never failed to design the best packaging for the product being shipped.
Years later, when faced with major issues from a different corrugated company, I reached out to Manuel for help. As always he stepped up to the plate and has delivered. We interviewed a few different corrugated suppliers and Manuel is the only one who pointed out an issue with the two color process we want to switch to, as well as how the QR code would print. Marketing is now in the process of revising the artwork and QR code based on Manuel's recommendations. I chalk this up to his knowledge and many years of experience in the corrugated industry.
Not only did Manuel work with our Marketing department, All Star also went above and beyond by creating new CAD files for our Marketing team because the original files were lost or misplaced during a move. I am now happy to announce that all tooling and existing print plates will be transferred to All Star for our production runs and I'm glad to be working with them once again. On top of this, their pricing, lead time, and minimum runs are the best in the DFW area.

I would not use this company. The boxes are barely glued 1/2 the time, or glued crooked.They do not know how to bundle boxes or place them on pallets properly.I can tell that they do not use pallet jacks or even have them on site. I am not sure how the delivery driver can use the jack on these pallets.I can not give even 1 star to this place. But I have to give them the one so that I can post this.
