I am so very impressed by Public Storage on Locke Avenue in Fort Worth! The manager Frank is so helpful and kind! He is alwasys willing to assist me everytime I'm there. Being single is hard enough when you move but having Frank there to answer all my questions is heaven! Thank you Public Storage for being such a good company!

Don’t get a storage here the office is no help and it sucks that the elevators are always getting stuck, I got stuck inside a couple times and had to call the police (yes I called the office first multiple times), then I got an email saying to be sure to leave the premises on time but I was literally stuck in the elevator ! Very unprofessional and they never pick up phone

Great staff - very knowledgeable & friendly. Tenisha helped with bill pay for my dad’s storage bill, she was very helpful. Frank was extremely helpful with my dads unit & provided all the info I needed about public storage, their policies, their promotions & paperwork- couldn’t have gotten far without Frank!
Give Frank and Tenisha raises! Great employees! Great company.

Its clean, but their pricing leaves much to be desired after 6 months. Did not get the first floor unit as requested (and paid for) and our rates have now doubled in less than a year. For short term needs, they are nice, but long term and I recommend elsewhere
