I've never had a positive experience with a linen company in my 20+ years in this industry. This is my first time using Alsco and the experience is great. Gary is amazing, always provides us with the best service and help when we need something for a special event. Donnie checks in on us as well regularly and it's nice to not have to fight with a linen company for a change.

We were having a billing issue at one of our locations and Tim - the district manager, personally reached out and quickly got the issues resolved. We don't always get lucky with great service with restaurant support companies but I really appreciate Tim and his support of our restaurants.

Warning to companies...for a day I worked for this company, and it is sheer nastiness...as I was placing napkins on conveyor for ironing(mind you they just came from wash and dry) my co workers and I came across used condoms, shelled fish particles ( crawfish claws and shrimp tails),rib bones, and other bacteria infested particulats.Alsco does not filter laundry once it comes into the warehouse, it is washed and dried as is and is only filtered for stains when it goes to the press, everything that comes from the tables sits in the laundry until pressing...This definitely made me think twice about using cloth napkins from anywhere but home

They do not bring linens on time. The linens we receive are dirty, ragged, or have holes in them. We Address this with them constantly and have never seen any improvement.
