This place is in need of some repairs. Things are falling apart and could really hurt someone, especially a smaller child (and I saw many young ones). Frayed flooring was honestly the least of my concern. I saw many gaps, exposed wood and metal and cracks that should be covered by the soft protection mats. The worst was a small jumping platform in the main jump area that literally had metal and wood exposed and the material was so loose and about to fall off. I did tell an employee and they said they are waiting on repair team...but at least cone it off. It's like they don't care if you get hurt because you signed your legal rights away 14 different times before paying to jump. Also they had 2 major jump attractions totally closed. We will not be back. It was our first time and chose it because the other Fort Worth location (off of Bryant Irvin) was great!

I'll give 2 stars because the facility itself is really not that bad. The amenities are pretty standard. The staff however are a bunch of scattered and clueless teenagers it would seem. We purchased online and did the waivers in advance. We STILL waited in line nearly a half hour while the young lady at the counter proceeded to let several people cut the line due to her lack of attention. Several of us mentioned it to her and she couldn't care les. It was seriously unorganized chaos. The young man running one of the attractions that spins was letting half of the kids he was chatting with cut the line as well. Just poor management.

I had the best experience of my life here. I literally ascended the mortal plane. As I rose, I heard church bells ring, and Jesus came down greet me. But the pizza was ass, 1 star.

Great place. It's kept under control when very crowded. Nephew loves the place and it's very easy to keep an eye on him. Very open and decent pricing.

My gosh. Where do I start? This place is filthy! You walk in and the front desk person doesn't even greet you. After staring at her for few mins to get the attention she said I'll be with you in a minute. asked us to sign the waiver and that was it. No wristbands for my kids. She didn't ask if my kids had socks. Nothing!! There's a sign that says foam pit, but there's no foam pit. Definitely a run down place! Will never be back to this location! It's free play for everyone. No attendants watching the kids. And to be honest, it smells like pee!

Unclean. Beginning with the parking lot which was filled with liter. We arrived right when the park opened and the bathroom garbage was overflowing as if it hadn't been emptied since the previous day. I saw no one sweeping up the floor or replacing the garbage in the main area, as they continuously were needing attention considering the number of birthday parties taking place. I witnessed only 2 attendants watching the kids, who didn't seem very alert. I have visited the cityscape location many times and it is pristine and well monitored compared to Keller. Will not be returning to Keller.

Our most recent visit was so fun! We had a two for two (hours), and Robin at the front desk was so sweet! She let us know they had ornaments that we wanted to decorate when we needed a break from jumping. But guess what? We learned that Altitude will be serving hot foods very soon! They already have the pizza oven, yay!!! That will be a game changer because we are always starving after jumping especially for two hours. Can't wait!We noticed the new designs/signage which is awesome. Altitude is getting some upgrades, including the new air blown pit which replaced the foam. No more losing your personal items at the bottom of the pit never to be seen again. Exciting things happening, we'll be back to check on progress and get out cardio :)

I had such high hopes, but alas, rules can make or break a review for anyone. They allow no outside food or drinks...but allow catered birthdays. They allow no outside food or drinks...but allow one to purchase their food or drinks (limited to bags of chips, soda, Gatorade, and water). They allow no outside food or drinks...but, Karen is allowed to bring in her personal bottle water and coffee.Won't be back.
