If I could give less than one star I would! The quality and Customer service has gone completely gone down hill. It's has been nothing but issues trying to cancel my membership. There is no communication whatsoever, I've left endless messages for a Manager to return my call in regard to the billing issues and have yet to receive a phone call back. Every-time you call it's the excuse of the "manager isn't in the office but will leave a message for her" I've called all hours of the day and a manger is never on site. It's unfortunate I used to get my lashes done here every two weeks and always recommended Amazing Lash for the first 2 years of my membership ... but now I tell people to stay away!

first off the glue didn't work for me. I went a week later because 50-60% of my lashes fell off within the first week. I strictly followed the instructions by the lash tech and they kept falling. I went back for a fill a week later and the front representative told me I didn't pay my initial membership fee. that was on me for not confirming, so i agreed to pay for it. I later saw I did pay and I paid for the next months service. how am I going to get charged twice in one month for membership, all within a week! I stated i want a refund and then I was convinced to use it as credit. that was strike one. I went in for my second fill a week later and never got it done. asked to get my remaining three lashes off and get my refund. the front staff said she doesn't have authority to cancel and refund. she said she would get her manager to fix it. I saw my refund and assumed my cancelation was successful. here I man a month later and I got another two charges!!! I called to see what was going on and again the rep said the same thing and that her manager would take care of it. and the notes don't have any comments of me wanting to cancel! she kept going round and round of this and I said I know I requested it and I know you have procedures to get cancelations of memberships but this was never given to me or explains and I was clear with my request. she told me to expdct a call from her manager about it and here we go again waiting for this call that might not come. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH MEMBERSHIP!!! canceling is horrible, customer service sucks. she was nice lady but these issues need to be resolved. I emailed corporate and still waiting for the manager to call me! I hate to be that person to be hounding them because I'm not like this.

Got my lashes done on Sunday, and they’ve already almost all fallen out. I haven’t worn make up on purpose, I followed all the directions, and they’ve been falling out everyday (significantly) and then today (5 days later) on one eye there is just about nothing left.

I love coming to Amazing Lash for all of my lash and brow services. All the girls are so helpful and knowledgeable! Ive tried a few stylists and they’re all very knowledgeable!
