Called trying to see a package may have gone, called multiple people though amazon. None of it helped. Called this facility, a girl named Monica claimed to be the supervisor and was very rude, she was talking over me, saying what ever I needed she can't help, the first time I called she refused to give me her name until I called from a different number, very upsetting how amazon just hires who ever. Seems like Monica needs a demotion or has to go through her training course again cause she doesn't know how to talk.

Thank gawd amazon stepped up and fired the prior general manager, that's what you get for stealing.
New General management has been better for this building, they are actually helping their employees work conditions.

Pick up & Drop off can be time consuming as employees leaving & coming for their shift are all mixed in with traffic. It's no fun when you have 100+ people coming and going at 1 time with minimal parking structure coupled with irrational & flat out dumb parking decisions.

I transfered here from another building. Worst mistake I ever made in my sixty years of life. The management team is a bunch of Liars and cheats. They only treat you well if they like you. I applied for leave of absence to find a place to live, they denied it and instead stripped me of my PTO, vacation pay and sick leave and gave me 3 days off to find a place to live. Needless to say, I couldn't find a place to live in 3 days and I'm still homeless. When I contracted covid they didn't want me to take any time off, endangering my teammates was their preferred choice. This place is in dire need of a union. The pay is a pittance and I never got a raise in my time there. About a year.
