Decent enough for a motel definitely not a 5 star motel but clean and quiet

We checked in left and went to a concert. We came back and the DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK PROPERLY. I took video. I called the front desk. The lady who answered said she had no one to repair it nor a room to transfer us to. I handed the worker the plastic key and told her I am not staying I. The room w no lock. 26 Sat 25 Today I called Condy Black the manager she said of 26 years was called about the problem and that she got out of bed to come see about the problem. She said we did not close the door- which we did. She said there were homeless people in the room. She also said I yelled at her employee and cursed at her. Not true. She would not refund my payment even though the deadbolt was faulty. Very sad. I just wanted to rest after a great concert. Priceline even called on my behalf and the manager would not approve a refund. If I had known this hotel was so unsafe I,would not have checked in.

I never got a chance to stay at this location. Because the manager there was profiling me. I asked about a room she asked me how many guests. I said two. She goes on to say any kids. I said no. She asked me the same question twice. I said mam I just told you I don't have any kids with me it's only me an my husband. I said why do you keep asking me that question. She looks me in my face an says some people say they don't have children an have a room full of people. I said so because you had a bad experience with others guests that doesn't give you a right to accuse me. She just looked in disbelief. I took my money somewhere else. So be mindful when you go here because she will profile you.

It was ok. When we first walked in no one came to the window so we left and went back again a little while later and someone finally helped us. It was about $95 a night for a king which I thought was a little high. And if you have animals you can't stay. You can't even have a guest over.

I wasn't expecting this level of cleanliness as I drove into the parking lot. To all their staff.GOOD WORK !Rooms: My room was like the perfect pictures online. I was impressed with THIS Location.

After the scent of the cleaner lady cleaning supplies wore off the room smelled like someone was smoking in there but over all we like how big it was.

The service was friendly. There were no bugs. It is definitely a bit outdated but that's ok. The shower worked properly and had great pressure I felt safe in its location. My only complaint would be that nothing seems to have been wiped down other than the bed and tables. Just a little dusty though...nothing gross. It is a smoking room though. I would stay again. Thanks again ABV!

The room was clean nice big king size bed however, the price you pay for a night is a bit pricey. The price they charge isnt worth it.

The lady in the office is very very rude she follows you take pictures of you and she calls the police for nothing but they want your money and they charge too much for a room for one night every night

First room (supposedly non-smoking) smelled so strongly of marijuana that I couldnāt breath. I asked for a second room in hopes it was just a fluke and they gave me another option, but that second room was visibly moldy (walls and AC) and of course smelled like mold as well. When I went back to inform the front desk, I was rudely shoved a return receipt, told to sign and āif I didnāt like the room I could leaveā. I was shocked as neither time Iād spoken with the front desk was I upset, simply asking for a different room where I could sleep while being able to breathe. Writing this just to save someone the trouble I experienced- the prices are on the cheaper side so if you want to give it a chance power to you, but be ready to be treated unkindly if you need any assistance.

Customer service was great upon check-in and the room was nice. Surprisingly quiet for the area, by the highway but slept like a baby ?
