Can confirm far right automated car wash bay still not working (7/26/23). I don't see any way to contact anyone, and there is no indication that it is out of order until after card payment is taken. It also does not print the receipt after pressing the button to do so.

The car wash is super nice and everything worked as expected but let it be known that the drain in the second bay does not drain. It got pretty deep as we washed. I tried calling the number on the wall but it was disconnected so hopefully the owner comes out and takes a look at it!
