Went here to by peppers and when I came home to cut them, all the seeds on the inside were black. I bought 11 chili peppers and 8 of them had black seeds. Seems like they don't have fresh products here.

Prices are bit on higher side, if compared with other Indian store. Eg - Garlic paste which is usually available for 4.99, is sold here for 5.99 = almost 20% higher price. All my items had higher price discrepancy, so buy only what is required for urgent basis and LIMIT your purchases.... or AVOID buying if you don't want to be disappointed.
You may end up paying $20 extra on top of actual bill of $100 grocery items!! Suddenly you monthly grocery expenses not matching your budget and you will blame the inflation!! 😀

Very poor customer service, regular customer but always regretted why did I go there. Purchased groceries which was bad and wanted to exchange, which she refused to take back due to not having the receipt. She never gave receipt. Very disappointed.

“I purchased a $10 panipuri ticket written on a sticky note by the cashier. On the day of purchase, the panipuri uncle was not prepared, so I decided to come back later. When I returned, I was told the uncle had traveled to Nepal and was advised to wait until his return, with no option for store credit. Today, when I visited again, the owner accused me of fabricating the ticket, and said it isn’t valid as I waited too long to come back,which was both offensive and unprofessional.
This experience was extremely disappointing. Accusing a customer without basis and failing to honor a valid transaction reflects poorly on the business. I expected better service and professionalism. I hope others consider this when deciding where to shop, as customer treatment matters.”
