5 stars for the staff. I raced there on Jan. 31 to turn in some returns on time. Got there right at 7:59/8:00. They let me return my items and they were nice about it. The return was super fast and easy. I appreciate that.

So every year I go to the Anthropologie store in University Park shopping center in Fort Worth. I go to buy a holiday blouse for my Christmas party. In years past I have always been treated respectfully.I now believe that they treat you according to how you are dressed. If you don’t meet their standard of let’s say “proper attire”you are not treated with the same respect as others. I went straight from work, walked the entire store. Was helped efficiently. But was then made to stand in line while 2 employees rang up one person. No one ever spoke to me while I waited in line, they just continued to hover over the person in front of me spending probably $700-$800. I’m trying to buy 1 blouse for $100. Not good customer service! Was not acknowledged by the 2 behind the counter. Picked a 2nd $100 blouse, got back in line. Never left their sight! Still no acknowledgment, making eye contact with both females behind the counter……Put 1 shirt back on the rack, left the 2nd blouse laying on the display at the line. Still no acknowledgment. They see me walking out!!!! I call back and say can you please hold that blouse I laid down ? behind the counter.Go back today to get it, no blouse behind the counter. I pick out another blouse,I’m very put out with their customer service! If you’re not spending $800, I guess you don’t matter! Shirts going back! I’ll go to Neiman Marcus! I’m greeted with kindness, and treated respectfully. Not like a pauper. My client told me they treated her the same way and followed her around the store like she was going to run out with the clothing she tried on. She said she thought they did it because she was Hispanic. Can’t wait to tell her they aren’t racist! Not everyone goes into a store dressed up to buy clothing. The way you look, should not determine how you are treated. On a lighter note this client works at Neimans…. I’d rather give her the commission, and leave Anthropologie to the Boho judgemental drones that float around the store looking for their $800 sale.Get more $100 people in and out! You still get commission!

Nice products but very very expensive. Odd atmosphere. They're usually unpacking boxes and hovering over your shoulder if you're not visibly rich. The few smaller things I've bought have been high quality. Though the cashiers are VIDIBLY SUSPICIOUS OF YOU the entire time.

If you’re a POC and want an entire retail team intentionally ignoring you, this is your store! Not only are they rude to you, but other employees too! There’s a raggedy blonde girl working this location, (I know it’s her because she wears the same dress when i’m there) who talks horribly to customers & her staff. Whoever she’s always talking to in her headphones should contact HR! I actually hope the employee see’s this & thinks about how they are perceived by their customers.

Beautiful store with beautiful clothing inside. Pricey, but excellent high quality pieces. Shoes and accessories, available too. I would have given 4 stars except for Emily, the dressing room attendant, gets 5 stars. She was phenomenal. She literally found every plus size dress in the store for me to try on and gave excellent tips for dressing a piece up or down and how to order online, etc. She was a gem!My one hope for this store is that they offer more plus size options.

Employees are very nice in this location but I no longer find clothes that appeal to me and if I occasionally find a pretty dress or other item... I am appalled at the price. The quality and style is never worth a $250.00 dress.

The customer service has gone downhill for this store specifically, but overall Anthropologie has declined in the quality of clothing and the styles. I gave up on them for several months and just recently revisited this store. As for the quality - I have had items come undone at the seams, holes in clothing, colors fade horribly, etc. The quality is becoming more like what you get at a boutique type store with cheap clothing you wear once and then it falls apart. I’m sure the customer service problem might be an issue with management at this store. All of these issues together make it a disappointing experience to shop here most of the time. I wish they would get it together. It used to be a great store.

I have been unfortunate enough to be checked out by the blonde girl with glasses on two separate occasions. She was very rude and condescending both times. She needs a lesson on common sense and customer service.

Sales person snubbed my husband and I after seeing his shoes. I was looking to make a purchase, but after the disdainful look and retreat, my husband and I just browsed, then left without purchasing the few items I wanted.

I've always loved browsing Anthropologie, though I rarely purchase much.. It's just too expensive. Maybe if it was 15 years ago when it was harder to find Anthropolgie-y kinda stuff, but now you can find similar items all over the place for a much lower price. It's still enjoyable to explore this space; you'll find cool artsy installations, pretty seasonal stuff, and the latest trendy clothes in flowing glittering fabrics. Plus they've always got cutesy, vintage-y kitchenware and home decor. After you look at $200 price tags on dresses and sweater and boots for 20 minutes those $40 candles don't seem SO expensive. The staff here is very friendly and involved. I was quickly approached and asked if I wa looking for anything in particular. I was brought options and ideas without asking. I was well taken care of. If you don't want attentive help, make sure to say you're just browsing from the start!I bought a pair of earrings and a flowy sheer dress on my last visit. The dress had a couple little holes in the shoulders so I was given a 15% discount, which I really appreciated. The holes can certainly be stitched with a needle and thread, but it was nice to get a little deal. Even if you don't wanna buy anything, come stroll around next time you need a little aesthetic pick-me-up.
