“Moving into Parker House was a smooth and positive experience, even with a recent management transition. From the beginning, I felt supported. My initial interactions with the previous manager were professional and helpful, but it’s truly under Britney’s leadership that the building has flourished.

Britney is the heartbeat of Parker House. She handles everything with calm, professionalism, and consistency. From welcoming new tenants to supporting those moving out, she is responsive, fair, and always ready to help. She regularly sends updates, coordinates support, and brings people together through community events. She is approachable and dependable, and she sets a high standard for the team around her.

Adelina Chavez, a recent addition to the leasing office, has already made a strong impression. She is attentive, cheerful, and goes the extra mile to make residents feel welcome and informed.

Manuel, the building engineer, is someone I fully trust. Whether it’s a small issue like replacing a fridge bulb or something more technical, he responds immediately and gets it done properly. He is respectful, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. I feel confident letting him into my unit even when I am not home.

The building itself offers exceptional value. It is not a five-star hotel, but you get more than what you pay for. The gym is clean and well-equipped. The building is always cool, and I feel safe here. It is centrally located, and with that comes city life sirens, traffic, and the occasional person in need. But this is the reality of Fort Worth living, unless you are on the highest floor with soundproof windows. I even have a nice view of the post office, and I enjoy the energy of the area.

There are many local and international students living here, and the Butterfly app makes guest access easy and secure. Nothing has ever been stolen from me. Some people exaggerate issues, but in my experience, this is a solid, well-managed property.

Christina from AT&T was fast and helpful with setup. The woman who helped with my electricity account was outstanding, more helpful than the company itself, especially for someone like me who is new to the U.S.

And trust me, I’ve seen them all. I’ve toured the high-end buildings, the mid-range ones, and everything in between. Some had beautiful units, but the people I needed to count on didn’t leave the best impression. Parker House is different. It’s the best fit for me. I don’t like living in buildings with 100 flats per floor. This one feels just right. The team makes the biggest difference, and that’s why I enjoy living here so much”

She was always so helpful, friendly, and professional, offering great customer service with a smile every time I interacted with her. The complex itself is well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need, and I couldn't have asked for a better temporary home. Highly recommend!”

“The office staff was great, common area was updated and clean. Big dog park! I spoke to Will who gave me a tour of the grounds. He was upbeat and took time to understand what our needs are. Cozy apartments with upgraded amenities. I appreciated the clean walkways outside the apartments, there are no black gum marks on the stone ground! I appreciate that they take the time to make sure the exterior is kept up. I was so happy to see the large pantry and storage space inside the unit too!”

“The staff is very sweet and very quick as well. I’ve literally put in a maintenance order and I’ve had maintenance come that same day if not the next day and they’re always kind.
The grounds are well kept and clean as well and I love that they offer pest control every week.”

“Sagewood is the BEST place to live. Staff is absolutely caring and great to work with. The location is prime- there is everything you could ever want within walking, biking and very short drive (less than 10min.) distance. Pools are clean and there’s a pleasant smell on the property that is everywhere! It’s floral and smells like home. 10/10 recommend.”

“I and my family have been living in these apartments since July 2024 and the experience has been amazing from the beginning the reception staff is so welcoming the tour guide was exceptional by Katia unfortunately she is no longer there but the new team has been good as well you can almost not notice the difference,the repair guys are on point and everything works well and my family loves the environment it's a good place to be I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to try it out they will not regret it keep up the good work thank you”

“Sycamore Pointe management Dani and Rachel provided the best experience ever! Both are knowledgeable, kind, and understanding, all work orders I put in were fixed almost instantly, the maintenance guy was really cool as well. I really enjoyed my time there, I highly recommend Sycamore Pointe Townhomes.But I did not like the towing system and how my car was towed multiple times, also how the trash piles up.But if you want great management and a clean environment this is your place I rate 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This is my first full year here and I have enjoyed my stay thus far. Management is helpful and communicative whether by email or in person. Maintenance is always great as well. Anytime I’ve had an issue it’s been fixed in a timely manner. I have throughly enjoyed my stay. It’s very private and clean.”

“I’ve stayed at this complex for approximately 10 years now while staying here I’ve noticed that there is a whole bunch of new residents, but those who are here are the ones who can actually afford their rent. Now I must say that they do offer a lot of free programs such as clothing, options, and different park activities for the apartment complex and thanks for the children. There’s a nice open yard space for children to play. If you explore outside the neighborhood there’s a park located to the right side of the apartments where you can walk your dog and have your kids play freely as well management is very easy to get a hold of along with their open door policy.”

“Pros: location, cost, quiet neighbors, spacious, office management is nice and improved from before. Willing to fix things that I couldn't get replaced before.

Cons: NOBODY leashes their dog or picks up after them. Many of them don't listen to their owners and are dog reactive and just run around off leash, usually right by building entrances, making it difficult to get in and out with your own dog. Their owners look at you with disgust and roll their eyes when you tell them to leash their dog.
Dog poop is everywhere. Small dog owners are the worst, but there are giant piles here and there that you have to dodge too. It would be great if management would do something about this and get it under control. The number of lazy, irresponsible dog owners that live here is astounding.
The pool isn't great, but most days it's empty and a decent place to relax when it's quiet.

Other than that, it's a nice place to live.”

“I've lived here for a while and I love my apartment. It's a steal compared to similar apartments in Dallas where I came from, and the staff are amazing. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues, but honestly I haven't had that many over the time I've lived here. Would recommend and rate them a 12/10.”

“I've lived her for almost 3 years. Great location and a 5min walk to and from work. This building has definitely had it's share of problems. When I first moved here in 2021, everything was great. Then, about a year later, we got new managers (Managers came and went to and from here like a revolving door) The elevators were constantly breaking down, we had hot water issues for several months at a time, and then, this past Summer, the A/C issues were out of control. The manager Heidi at the time was an absolute joke and EXTREMELY unprofessional. She didn't care about it and would actually talk down to the residents when we would talk to her about the issues. Katrina, who is the manager here now, is absolutely awesome. And, the current maintenance team is as well. Since Katrina has been here, you can tell that she has gone out of her way to tackle the issues. Things have gotten better. ie: ALL THREE elevators now work, Haven't had hot water issues since she's been here. (Unless the boilers have to be reset here and there. But, that can happen anywhere) One of the only issues right now that I can think of is the front doors. They keep them locked during the weekends and evenings when the office is closed which is great! However, they don't close all the way and lock unless you push or pull them closed. That needs to be fixed. Other than that, I'm much happier here now than I was before Katrina took over as the manager. She is definitely an asset to your team and is well liked by me and other residents that I've talked to.”

“I have lived at this complex now for almost three years. I have always received great communication and friendliness from the front office, and reliable service from the maintenance team.More particularly I wanted to shout out, Gabrielle, one of the young ladies that works in the front office. Any and every time that I need help she is always very sincere and approachable regardless if it is a negative situation or positive. Carrying that sort of attitude is a rare find in today’s world. Her contributions make this place a wonderful place to live!”

“Excellent place to Live! I've toured over 17 complexes so i've seen what the area has to offer. This Property is Super Clean, None of the typical things like trash or bugs and very reasonable for a luxury property. Maintenance is top notch & staff goes above and beyond! Management is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Apartments are very well maintained, spacious, have high ceilings, granite countertops, huge closets, gorgeous large kitchens and it's pretty quiet overall. They host many events with great food and usually prizes or giveaways. Gym is really really clean, open 24hrs, and has elliptical equipment and free weights. Pool is gorgeous (like a resort) with a waterfall and actually open (not like some in this area). The dog park is fun, clean, has agility equipment for the fur babies, and also has events. I LoVe it Here!! I'm never leaving!!”

“Very mixed feelings but after long debate, I decided a 4-star rating was fair.

To begin, the complex itself is in a great area. It’s very walkable, and if you’re down to drive 5 minutes, there’s food, grocery stores, etc. It’s close enough to the TCU campus to support the school and the athletics, but traffic really doesn’t affect the immediate area that bad. You can literally walk 2 minutes outside the gates and you’re at Trader Joe’s. You can also hop right on the main interstates from the complex, maybe a 5-7 minute drive.

There is also in-unit washer and dryer that was really nice and convenient, the pool area and clubhouse are nice and clean, the apartment gym is decent size and clean at all times. The maintenance team is also super friendly and quick to respond to requests.

There were cons, some were pretty bad. We had a long process involving getting our bathtub refinished towards the beginning of our lease. While that’s not major at all, we did have a roach infestation at one point. There were constant roaches in the kitchen area between the stove and cabinets. There were tons of roaches under our sink, and all over/in our dishwasher. I saw them everywhere I looked. I eventually spammed management week after week about the roach infestation and they sent a pest control man to my apartment specifically. After a few weeks of that, the roaches were subdued for the most part. I feared they just moved apartments.

Overall, a good experience, mixed with some bad ones.”

“We love our home here! We are renewing for our 4th year. Aspire is very kid and dog friendly, office and maintenance are great, the pool is awesome. I only wish there was more parking, but I think that is pretty common for apartments, especially in DFW, so can't really complain about it.”
