Towed from my apartment, lady on the phone kept changing the cost and said it would increase by the hour. Is that even allowed?? This gotta be illegal or you gotta be heartless to be doing that. When I got there the lady was so rude it’s kinda sad. Hope she recovers from her nasty attitude and behavior 🙏🙏🙏

These people done towed my car at 4AM and are telling me it’s $332 just to get it out and I already know by reading the reviews here my poor Tahoe is gonna have some type of damage to it from these ignorant tow truck drivers has anybody actually sued them? I need advice .

Some complain bout illegal tow
While others call for a tow and fall asleep waiting
I think its the overnight - anytime I had a problem like them not coming the lady who barely walks in for morning shift change, fixes it fast -- too bad all tows can't happen in her shift
