“We had an issue with a new GE refrigerator in the freezer compartment from Lowe’s caused by the delivery and installation team the ice maker wouldn’t shut off. Callahan’s was recommended by GE and they were very responsive when I called for an appointment which was a few days away. Kept us updated the day before and Kyle arrived in our 4 hour window slot. He noticed the missing piece over the water delivery tube and ordered that and a new automatic ice maker. Really knowledgeable and pleasant young man. He said it would be a week or 10 days. It was when they called to set a time to return and that was as pleasant as the first time. I still have the other frig it cools fine but the freezer didn’t freeze any more. If I would’ve known about Callahan’s appliance repair I would’ve called them. I’m going to wait till spring and have them fix it they are definitely trustworthy.”

“I rented a flatbed truck and we only needed it for 75 minutes which is about 24 dollars with tax. Checkout was quick they have you scan a link that had you take a selfie and a photo of your driver's license. Once complete they review the driver's license facts and get your insurance information. After that, you pay a 150 deposit and go and check the truck's gas and note any damages. The paperwork will say 4 hours automatically but will charge the 75-minute fee once it is brought back within that time limit. Because we were buying fence panels from there they let me reset my time once we were loaded up and leaving giving us plenty of time to go where we needed, unload, and bring it back. Make sure you refuel before you go the fee is about 3 times as much PER GALLON. Good luck!”

We were initially told it could take 4–6 weeks for the units to arrive, with the possibility of waiting another week for installation from Fort Worth Appliance. To our surprise, we got a call just under three weeks from the order date letting us know the washer and dryer were in—and even better, they could deliver and install them the same day!

Jordan at Builders was professional, helpful, and kept us updated every step of the way. When it came time for delivery, Joseph and Dylan from Fort Worth Appliance did an outstanding job. They were not only professional and polite but also quick and efficient with the installation.

“Update: May 24th

They came back out and traced the leak to an installation error. They did not install the grill it was installed by an Aledo “3rd generation plumber”. Barbeque galore was able to correct this other companies mistake and my grill is now working and not leaking. Thanks to the owner for stepping in and turning this situation around. I feel bad he doesn’t have help there with the staff but he was definitely trying to resolve our issue. I appreciate you.

Update: May 13th

They came out to look at the grill. Waiting for a resolution and I will update again. The owner got involved so much better at the moment.

Terrible service. I spent over 5,000 dollars. I have a barbecue that doesn’t work and no service after the sale. The place has no interest in helping me. I’ve called several times and even drove there to get help no help. As you can see I’ve never even got to put meat on the barbecue. Leaks propane.
Anyways let’s hope I can get some help. I’m not asking for much just a working barbecue that I paid for. Also, when I went to the store the place is dead; I say that because I can respect people being busy. They are not that busy.when I call up there they answer to sell me something just not to fix what I bought that doesn’t work.”

“The Geek squad is the reason for my visit and was I surprised by the outcome.

I had two problems with my laptops.

Surprise #1 I didn't know that their service is free for most quick fixes. Wow.

Surprise #2 is they don't service laptop batteries. But they will give you all the information you need to purchase a new battery.

I like reserving a time slot to get my hardware serviced. Saves time.

They take some walk-ins but you may have to wait a while.”
