Very tight for semi trucks delivering to this location. Also they expect drivers to unload using jack pallets. To be fair, manager was was polite and unloaded himself.

Very disappointed with Aramark!! How they try to take advantage of USA made company (Custom Delis Equipment Inc FortWorth Texas) I will not recommend them at all. They are dishonest!

Steven is by far the best employee that Aramark has. He has always been very nice, respectful and if you need something he does his best to help you out. If there is a discrepancy with the billing, he always makes sure it is corrected. We were being heavily over charged and receiving half the product we were ordering until he took over. Steven is definitely the reason we have kept Aramark.

Stephen sometimes delivers to our restaurant and he always goes over and beyond to ensure we are taken care of. I love that he even checks in on us to ensure his drivers are delivering excellent service as well. Thank you for all you do!

This is a company will give you PTSD! They will change their local manager very often, so by the time you want to reaching to the local manager will be different people, and he will say oh, I don’t know what other guys do, but I’ll help you to fix that. Haha! No their will NOT, just be as bad as they can be. No respond to text massage or phone call unless you give him dozens phone call at one time just like when your girlfriend wants to break up with you, and you trying to contact her. STAY AWAY!

I receive uniforms from this company. However, there is no organization as far as uniform delivery is concerned. My uniforms are never, ever delivered on time. I've never received a full allotment of uniforms either. It's not even half good. Make a contract with this company at your own risk. It's not even worth a 75% discount. "Please believe it!"P.S. The only good reviews are from people who work there. I'd give a good review too... for a company that I worked for and didn't actually have to do anything.

The moment we signed the contract the service became astonishingly bad. Could not receive a response from emails, voicemails or texts. Their corporate office is as unresponsive as the deceptive field reps they employ. In the strongest of terms, I would avoid Aramark at all costs!

This is the worst vendor we had. We regret making the wrong decision to choose Aramark. Price changes every week. We tried to call their customer service sooooooooooooooo many times to solve issues. They never solve the issue. Same issues just happen again and again. They always tell you that they will fix it, but they never did. Things we experienced in 3 years.1. Randomly raising prices. Price can even change every week.2. Delivery person forgots to bring in mat but will still charge you for the mat.3. Gave you broken or torn towels, but will charge you ruin fees for the broken towels.4. Have a really rude district manager who tries to threaten you.5. Auto charge your credit card with amounts that's different compared to the invoice signed.
