Ordered a shirt from Ariat International which sent an email and text stating it had left the building with order number and to expect to arrive on said date. Waited being a weekend no package, so contacted the carrier they said contact shipper, shipper said contact carrier. Then was told they would get another one out give them 30 minutes to receive an email with details still nothing, no shirt and no refund.

Historic Stockyard shopping. Small business store for the dime store and wanna be cowboy. Not a whole lot of selection to choose from. Only reason I can think of for the high prices and high end celebrity boots is because of the tourist attraction location. Good friendly staff. I was in and out within 10 minutes with my product.

Yesterday I was enjoying the charm of Fort Worth and the atmosphere of the Stockyards with my family. Obviously I couldn't leave without a souvenir from that place, so I decided that since it was my first time here I wanted to have a pretty and elegant hat at the same time so I could enjoy the rodeo, I chose to enter this store that is beautiful inside and out. but I left disappointed, not because of the place but because of the treatment I received. I asked one of the workers if she could help me because it was my first time and I didn't know much about the subject and she flatly refused. I asked a second person and she understood me but told me that she couldn't help me and that they only had those designs, I asked if I could try the hat on to see if it would fit me since I needed the support and guidance of an expert salesperson and she pointed me to a sign that said "do not try on hats."I had high expectations for this store but I will never return and I do not plan to recommend it to anyone. However, obviously I went to the store next door called Flea style and the girls who served me were lovely, yes it is true that it is a little more expensive but I prefer to pay that money in that store rather than give it to rude workers, incompetent and with little desire to work.

I was in this store for 30 minutes looking and was never spoken to. The associates all stood behind the counter talking about their boyfriends and their plans for the weekend and never even acknowledged me. Wasn't told hello, wasn't ask if I needed help and wasn't told bye. I won't bother returning here.

Great store for all your Ariat needs. They also have Texas Rattlers, from the PBR teams series, gear. The staff is great.

Really unprofessional, I called to make an exchange, gave them a detailed explanation of the product I needed to exchange, was told to.come in so they could.make the exchange, drove 1hr and spent another 20mins to find parking, just to be told that they didn't carry Work style boots.
