I’ve been shopping here for years and today I felt ripped off. I bought a BabyBliss Flat Iron for $224.99 when the BabyBliss website has it for $209.99 and Amazon has it for $189.99. I don’t except for them to compete with Amazon but at least match it to the actual company pricing for that brand. Be aware and check all your options before you make a big purchase. Sadly, I won’t shopping here anymore. They don’t seem to care much about their clients.

The staff was very unwelcoming and not friendly or helpful at all! I came here with my cosmetology students and they seemed irritated by the size of our group. They asked me to make sure I keep an eye on the students and they walked around watching the students but never offered to help. It was a terrible experience for myself and my students! I will not be bring my student back for any field trips.
I will say there was one employee named Bethany who was polite to my student during checking out.

The staff is helpful and always willing to answer questions. They have good selection for your hair needs especially if you dye your hair often! Love the products that are purchased here!

Love this location, BUT-y’all need to update the hours on the website..drove up here today only for it to be closed/the girls leaving as I pulled up. Very frustrating as everything is now closed for the weekend. Other than that, amazing location & always helpful!

As a licensed esthetician, I am VERY disappointed in Armstrong McCall for not having an arsenal of skincare supplies available for those of us in my industry (although I've inquired about this need SEVERAL TIMES over the past few years to management). With there being dozens of skincare facilities within a 5 to 10 mile radius of this facility, I can imagine the money that could be made off of estheticians like me, not to mention the beauty school that is less than 5 miles from Armstrong McCall IF they were to have basic skincare supplies in stock. However, for some reason, they don't think our industry generates enough business for them to keep ample skincare supplies for us on hand. Towels, headbands, cotton rounds, 4x4's gauze, fan brushes, towel warmers, sterilization devices, steamers, extraction tools, etc. are just a few of the things we utilize on a daily basis. Just like hair stylists, we run out (or low on) supplies, too. It would be great to be able to run into a place like Armstrong's to get what I needed in a hurry. All in all, this place may be GREAT for hair stylists, but they are NOT esthetician-friendly. The staff is friendly, but the company just doesn't cater to professionals in the skincare industry..... and that's too bad. ?
