Back in the early 2000 I used to shop at Ashley's often and I stopped for financial reasons and the clothes weren't flattering for the price. I've recently gone back and I'm pleasantly surprise by the beautiful pieces. Now my only issue is the fitting process. Some of my sizes fit in some things and not in others reason I can't order online. I have to physically go in the store to try on things and often times the store doesn't have the online item. But I still love yall....just gotta work on what's best for my shape....all plus size women aren't boxy or apple shaped....

Every time I go into the Ashley Stewart Fort Worth, the Salespersons are very friendly and willing to assist you . I really love shopping at the store because of how I’m treated when I’m there. I should have gotten names, because there are two ladies that are really helpful willing to go out and look for different sizes and bring the items back to me in the dressing room. These two ladies are exceptional. One of the ladies I’m speaking of has her hair short and wavy. I will update and give names, I know I will be going there this week. Keep up the amazing work Ashley Stewart Fort Worth !

Recently went in and they had a fantastic forty percent off sale going on it's over now but they have lots of nice fall items at this time.

I love Ashley Stewart, but their return process is ridiculous. Once they get your return, it takes them fourteen days to process and then 3-5 additional days to credit your original form of payment. On top of that, they charge you $10. This is outlandish and they most definitely need to do better. Don't bother calling them, they just ask you to be patient while they process your return.

I promise everytime I go to this location the second I walk in I feel like I'm about to spend money with friends. The associates are always so nice and they remember regular faces. I can't go often but I will always be a loyal customer.

I use to love shopping at this store but some of the staffs customer service sucks I was returning somethings and they made me feel like I was doing something wrong.They are really over priced for some of the quality of the materials. And dam I was exchanging but because the price tag was gone from the shirt it was a problem that's a trick because if I buy something and get home and don't like it I should be able to return them. Just away for them to keep the money. I'll be finding some where else to shop. In black area's we get treated a certain way by our own kind cause they ain't my people.
