I have never been disappointed in the service from Aspen Dental. I had a rough experience and runaround with a Snap In Denture competitor. Aspen Dental made me a new pair of snap in dentures and they are great. They come with a seven year warranty and I have had service three times and Aspen is always eager to help. I could not be more pleased with their customer service. I highly recommend Aspen for all your dental denture needs.

This place doesn't even deserve one star, I am currently in between insurances and had to be cash pay for the visit. They wanted to charge me 2x what other clinics were asking and wanted to do procedures that TWO other clinics say there was nothing wrong with those teeth. Also called and asked for my personal medical records and was stated its a HIPAA violation to give people their records unless signing a form that they did not offer me while I was there. Stay away from this place unless you want to pay loads of money for procedures you may not need. Save your buck and go somewhere else.

So glad I found Aspen, the staff is amazing. I had a very nice, much needed visit. They really looked out for me. I would definitely recommend.

My experience was great, the receptionist was a tad bit smart mouthed.....but the insurance lady made up for her mistake. By being kind and knowledgeable. I'd go back.

I have held off giving a review, because I know how much this helps or hurts a business. I have been wearing dentures for 25 years so this is not my first rodeo. I started out at the Green Oaks location, and all went pretty well, until the dentist quit. I started having problems and they sent me to the Hulen location. The Hulen location was very good to me and are very friendly people. They remade my bottom dentures, and all was good until they broke. I called and they took me in right away and repaired my dentures. My only concern is the longevity of the dentures. I bought the top package so hopefully it will be OK.

I have no complaints with my first-time visit. All my issue was addressed. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that I'm probably going to be charged for a cleaning, and I did not get one. I had x-rays done, a consultation with the doctor and then placed in a room to go over my options.Whatever happened to the days when you get a cleaning and mouth care before you leave the visit?I guess things have changed.

This was my first visit and I must say I was so impressed with their professionalism and kindness! Every step of the way from walking in the front door to walking out I felt really taken care of. What a fantastic team!?

With much regret after 16 years of a good, respected, dentist and patient relationship with my dentist and his great hygienist (since 2007), I had to break ties with him due to a necessary change in his business practice that just didn't work for me. So, after spending hours online researching dental offices both big and small in the Fort Worth area, I finally settled on an outfit called Aspen Dental with offices in 45 states nationwide. I checked and read about their reputation, and it was overwhelmingly positive! Of course, there was a tiny percentage of naysayers. But of course, that was to be expected. You just can't please everybody. Heck, even Jesus Christ and Mother Teresa had people say unflattering things about them. That is just the human nature of some disagreeable people.As for me, upon settling on Aspen Dental people to serve my dental needs now and hopefully well into the future, I drove the 4.7 miles from my home to the nearest Aspen Dental office located at 5009 South Hulen Street here in Fort Worth.Now I won't give you a drawn-out flowery description of my first time, scheduled appointment for service at this Aspen Dental office. Suffice to say, everyone I came in contact with was just wonderful. They couldn't have been any nicer to me. Now I'll end this review by saying, admittedly besides the employees, I was also impressed by what seemed to me to be the latest in the state-of-the-art dental equipment and procedures.Well, I guess that's about all I have to say. I had been looking for a new dental office after having bad experiences at the last two places I had been at. I am so glad to say the people at Aspen Dental have been knowledgeable, consistent and friendly. That is hard to find. It's hard to trust doctors with your needs now a days and I can say this place has helped me and provided exceptional care. Thank you!

The Dentist explains all the pros and cons and the best solutions is recommended. Dr. Mulloh is very understanding and does the best to alleviate my fears and reassure me. The expérienced dental assistant is very comforting and professional.I'm in lot of pain after a dental procedure started suddenly over 2+ days back.Couldn't reach on the phone I went to the clinic. Front desk lady told me the Aspen system 1400 clinics went down. I requested her to please have the Dentist contact me. As of now I have not recieved any response. Improvements need to be made in unexpected emergencies especially for critical situations for patients.
