Low in staff so don’t expect to find help from employees walking around, looks like a ghost town went in thinking I could get in and out, nope not the case ended up waking out to try another day UPDATE* tried again, still a lil ghost towny in the back but I didn’t give up hope walked to the front of the store and found a lady with a walkie talkie asked for her help to find a certain basket I was looking for Organization and she lead me directly to the product. SHE made my day and it was actually funny when I asked for her name she said Guadalupe, I laughed cause that’s my name and grateful she was so nice

I have only had one interaction with this store. I ordered 5 items online. Three of the items were delivered, 2 were not. I called the store because I was charged for all 5 items. The store refused to refund me for the items they did not deliver or even check to see if they canceled the items on their end. I gave them one chance and they failed. I wont make that mistake again.

I would like to report the manager Elsa Picasio at the Fort Worth location. The extreme disrespect, rudeness and un professionalism that she displayed to me and my wife was unacceptable. She treated us like we were beneath her and we were trash. The looks she gave us, rolling her eyes and the smirks on her face when we tried to talk to her is unacceptable. The minute she saw me wanting to exchange an inflatable Christmas tree that we bought the night before that didn’t work, she immediately said no I’m not taking this, without asking any questions or anything else not even introducing herself. She automatically said nope I’m not taking this. I tried to explain to her exactly what happened, that we noticed the package was open and Maria, the sales associate told me nothing has ever been opened and told me that it was brand new. We told Maria that we wanted the box behind that one and she said no because she couldn’t reach it. We knew something was wrong with that package and we should have not accepted it but we feel that we were forced to because Maria said she couldn’t reach the other one and that she was going to give us that one. Maria and Elsa Picasio said my wife and I were lying and then she told us to get out of her store. She is extremely untrained, unprofessional and disrespectful. I tried to tell her exactly what happened and she said “I’m not talking to you anymore I’m done talking get out of my store”. I understand that companies can’t find good help and they just need a body to fill the position but paying customer should not be treated this way, especially by untrained employees nonetheless a so-called manager.

It's that time every year for spooky season that always brings a great atmosphere for the holidays and halloween. They have a wide variety of stuff. I highly recommend coming here for the holidays. When you need decorations,to bedspreads and room decor to just regular stuff like pillows. There's so many pillows that are in a variety of colors.

Tawana and Maria were absolutely the best with helping us finding items in the store and some curtains that were still packaged up when we needed additional packages. Super quick and friendly and checked on us during our visit. Did not catch the ladies name at the register but she noticed when a couple of our items had a color difference that we didn’t see so we could grab the correct matching colors before checking out. Was patient while we found the correct colors and very sweet.
