I went in the store to purchase the new 14 iPhone and I spoke with the rep Isaiah and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. He took very good care of me. Thanks again.

The store smelled like a fart or maybe a leak in the building. Very off putting. Both reps were dry and I had to speak to them first. The Rep who helped me was mediocre. Knowledgeable. Needs work on customer soft skills. The other rep never acknowledged my presence and sat there on his phone the entire time. He wasn't a good representation of ATT at all. I've had iPhones since the 3 and have always been greeted so warmly in ATT stores. Unfortunately this visit was super dry, no real connection sought from rep to client, and the store reeked. Do better.

The associates know products & how to problem solve. They worked with me to help find solutions to my phone & also picking out a phone. They didn’t hesitate to help me find the right phone for my daily life & ensured I had the appropriate storage. They had great patience with me and all my questions. Great team!

Upgraded our phones. My wife's phone is an iPhone13 Pro Max. Right away, the phone won't charge. I've been on the phone for over 3 hours, trying to get this taken care of. AT&T sent me to Apple twice and cold transferred me to a nonworking extension once. In the first Apple call, he wanted me to pay shipping and give a credit card to hold before sending me out another. The second Apple call finally set up a callback later to check some settings. AT&T said Apple should take care of this and Apple said this is AT&T's issuer to deal with. Nobody is doing anything.

Really nice people over here. Jennifer is always helpful when I pay my bills there. Only reason why its not 5 stars is because there is always a wait. They are pretty understaffed.
