The store rep, Cambridge, greeted us the moment my wife and I walked in, helped us immediately (no wait), found a solution that exceeded our expectations, and he was super friendly!

They couldn't tell me what a RANDOM bill was for. They couldn't help with the app. My app wasn't reflecting what I owed. It wasn't reflecting my wireless account at all. What's the point of having a physical store if you are going to just say "call the 611 customer service"

Worst store and customer service. Reps are greedy for creatin/assigning new lines to you account and do not care about if it messes up you 20 year old phone number. I have strictly told the rep to make sure it does not mess with my account and he assured me. But opposite happened he transferred one of my numbers to post paid and left the other in dark. When he didn’t able to sort it out, he handed me the worst case scenario their 611 number where they first ask you 1000 propmpts and the min you talk to the rep, she most of the times disconnects. We have paid for the plan and not able to receive texts or any data since past two weeks on one of the line. We are very disappointed not only with this store but overall with Att. Worst company reward should be given to this company and this store if there is one. Do not recommend going into store ever to anyone

Updating phones, adding lines, adjusting your plan are never easy. The team at this location is fantastic! They are attentive, patient, and willing to help with any issue. My family has used this location a number of times, and we have always felt valued as customers.
If you are considering AT&T or just want to know what is out there you need to check them out.

Wonderful experience at at&t store with Cambridge Campbell he is very knowledgeable with everything from the phones to the service plans. I would definitely recommend anyone to see him when you get there, he has a great personality & great communication skills.

The store rep provided wrong information. I walked in to store to take prepaid connection but store rep told if I take wireless connection the total bill will come $85 including wireless and internet. But now the bill estimate is $75 for internet and $52 which equals to $127 which is expensive to me. I want to go back to prepaid keeping my current number.

AMARI is awesome!!! I came in to get a phone upgrade, phone case, and have the protection screen put on yesterday; she was fast ,very professional and answered any and all questions I had. and We were in and out of the store in 20 minutes. Amari really knows what she’s doing, very personable, and will get you taken care of!

Check your bill! There was a large discrepancy between what the sales associate told me versus what we ended up being billed for by AT&T. I went in to upgrade my phone and was told my monthly bill would be lower if I added another line to my plan despite me telling the associate I had no use for it. I acquiesced and signed up for an additional line against my better judgment. Lo and behold, when my first bill arrived it was higher (of course) and when i pushed to have the additional line removed, we were billed a termination fee and had to pay for multiple months.

Morgan was SO helpful while we were trying to get a phone fixed, watch added, and plan created all at the same time. He stayed after his normal time for being off work to make sure we were well taken care of. The service truly went above and beyond, ensuring we receive the best of the best.

Cambridge at the store was amazing. He knew his stuff! He knew the promotions and discounts. Somehow he added alone and I got a new phone and he saved me money on my monthly bill. Solid employee. Represented att and that store very well. Will go back and be asking for him again.
