The manager and team are great! I had somme issues with my phone and they took care of it. Although the rep named Josh was kind of rude and just seemed like he did not want to help me at all. Overall everyone else is great. That Josh might just need to rethink his customer service.

Demaurie was great! He greeted me as soon as I walked in and I was out of the store with a new phone in like 15 minutes. I've never went to get a new phone and been there less than an hour, so I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the experience!
