Avoid! They will lie to your face multiple times, never admit it, and in the end cost you hundreds. The Manager has a serious attitude problem and it's the worst experience I've ever encountered with AT&T.

The staff memeber I worked with picking up my new iPhone clearly didn’t care. Didn’t disclose to me my phone would be disconnected and I was locked out of my apartment with no phone since we use our phones to get on the property. I asked twice about setting up my phone in store and turning in my old device and he continued to have attitude. I have never had issues upgrading until this employee. Incredibly rude and makes me want to switch providers.

Bought a new phone as trade in 17 months ago and discovered that at&t auto pay and the line from old phone was still continuing so was charged since then. They never bothered to discontinue the line when switched to new phone and just let it happen. Place is deceitful and wouldn't even bother to refund hundreds of dollars lost from this and will never use At&t ever again.

If I could give this store negative stars, I would!!! I have never seen such a poorly managed and employed location ever. We were promised a one day delivery on an in-store purchased phone. Mauricio J stated " It is only in Dallas, it'll be here tomorrow, I promise". Mauricio also decided to add onto the phone plan, NextUp and AT&T Protect Advantage with out our authorization/permission. We caught these add ons thanks to email notifications.
Four days after purchasing the phone, not one like promised, we were able to pick up our phone at the store. Mauricio was there and I asked him why he lied about when the phone would be delivered. He was immediately irritated and lied, stating that he told us 1-4 days. I corrected him and reminded him that he made a big deal about the one day delivery. This was when he decided that he needed to act immature and roll his eyes, as he stated "Whatever". I asked his name and why did he roll his eyes? (This is a grown man in his 30's). His response was that he was a man, he could roll his eyes if he wanted to. He refused to give me his name and picked up his phone and told me he had an important phone call.
When looking more thoroughly at reviews for this location, I see that this is a common occurrence for the employees. I also read that Mauricio has had a complaint about his behavior in the past.
Being exceptionally rude to customers should be an instant reprimand or termination. Being called out for lying and scamming customers is not a reason for employees for to act like spoiled children! The management needs to step up and make an improvement on who they hire and who they keep on as employees!!

Up charge me for upgrading my phone when I pay 20$ a month already I've been with att for quite some time paying $115.00 for just my pH service.

This store is great, I went in 2 times in one week and I was attended right away. The first time I went, the employee showed me how to reset my network as I was having connectivity issues. Due to the recurrent connectivity issues the employee who attended me the 2nd time was very efficient in getting the info that was needed to get into my account and change my SIM card. As the SIM card ended up being the main problem. I’m very satisfied with the customer service at this location!

From the beginning I’ve had problems with my phone being lost, and I’ve had the phone cut off many times in the last two weeks. Izy and Mo were the only ones able to fix my issue, and they need to be rewarded for their efforts. I’ve been a customer for 26 years and they are the only ones who have taken initiative to help me. I could go to another carrier, but choose to stay because of this store being so good. All my business will come here now.

Went in to upgrade phone. Said multiple times I didn't want to change plans, said the only thing that should change on the bill is the payment plan for the new phone. Employee confirmed there would be no changes or additional charges. Guess who got upgraded to Elite Unlimited without their consent?
