Ivan was really nice. I went through the most terrible experience ever with AT&T. I ordered a hotspot for $1200 and it arrived broken. When I called they said there was nothing that could be done because (some even said) that this event never occurred/there was no record or receipt. Long story short, it was because it was under my business account, not my personal account. I came in around four times to this store to help and vent and Ivan and the girl with the cool hair were always there to be emotionally supportive through the trauma of not having internet for two straight months. God bless them.

Had me wait 30 minutes serves two other customers before I even got served to be told I need my ID just to buy a new screen protector. Ridiculous and will not return to this location EVER

What a waste of time. Never had such a horrible experience with ATT in person. Tried to screw us out of $500. Definitely will not be returning to this location again.

Linzi was Great! Super helpful and very cheerful. Linzi made my visit and purchase very enjoyable. She was one of the best AT&T associates that I've experienced in a while. She was extremely resourceful, a friendly face, and provided mewith sufficient information about the different types of plans and even took the time out to help my daughter in picking out a new phone case to go along with her new birthday gift, the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Linzi was very efficient and stayed focused throughout our transaction even while multitasking with two other families. Linzi is a star pupil and represents AT&T very well and you all made the right choice in hiring her.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No manager available and left with there is nothing we can do to help you.They changed my bill on my last visit, making me think I was gonna pay less by adding a new line, in turn my bill over doubled from the previous rate and features.When confronted about this I was told to leave the store and there was nothing that could be done for me. After hours in the store and on the phone with corporate, I received nothing.Be weary of using this place as a att store it in fact is owned by an alternate corporation, and they care about scamming, not what’s right for the customers of att.Ana, cece, Isabella, & Ali are the structure of management, steer clear, at all costs, or you will end up spending a fortune.

I had the second worse experience with AT&T I've ever had and I will not be returning. I'm considering switching carriers because of the awful service and experience.The only bright spot was Cecilia. She was helpful, walked me through the new upgrade, saved me some money in the process, and got me the new phone I wanted. I was hoping to see her again when I walked in, but unfortunately was not the case.I had Cece ship the phone to the store so when I initiated the transfer and had any questions, I could ask someone since they we right there. I'm not confident in my knowledge of technology and I wanted in person guidance and not have to wait on the phone with customer service.When I came in once the phone was delivered, I told Mauricio (I believe that his name) what was going on and he was instantly dismissive saying, "Well we don't do that here. There's an app that you do it on. You can do that at home." I was getting the feeling that I was being pushed out of the door almost immediately. He asked if my phone was backed up because Cece told me it needed to be before I transferred everything over beforehand.Now, I thought I had backed up the phone, but I only did one step and didn’t fully complete the back up. That was my fault. This is the reason why I had the phone shipped to the store was to get guidance and help with something I was unsure about. He started the setup of the new phone which removed the capabilities for me to even call on my old phone. When I had an issue, which happened after I left the store and went home, I couldn’t call customer service and then drove all the way back to the store.I told him that I needed help finding where to go to start the backup again because I couldn’t remember and I told him that he had removed my ability to called customer service. His reply was, “Well don’t you remember where it was?” This response angered me greatly to which my reply was, “If I knew, then I wouldn’t be here.” He did show me step by step how to get there and he then repeated that I could do that back up at the store but I didn’t want to be there a second longer to I said I’d rather not be here anymore to which I left.I was not asking for any special treatment, but some basic customer service and understanding to which I received neither. Cece was great and I’d give her 5 stars. If you must go in go see her.

I was lied to about the price of an upgraded phone. I came into this store on 11/21 interested in upgrading my iphone 11 to a 15, the idiot who helped me told me that my phone was in excellent shape and I would get the full trade in amount. My new bill would be $23/month. Before I left I confirmed with him the new bill amount and he was sure I'd get the full trade in amount. I also set up a fiber account through him and was told there was a promo going on for that too and I would be paying $35/m for that since I also. Today I called ATT support to confirm the amount of my first bill and I'm told it's going to be $85 because my phone screen didn't work! Very sketchy weird practices. When I told the rep my phone screen was fine she tried to find pictures of it, but there were none! I would've just kept my old phone if I knew he would screw me over like this

If you do an online order to pick up at this location don’t do it it’s a trap they refuse to give me my upgraded phone that I paid online for all because my address didn’t match they flagged me as fraud and shut the phone off when I had AT&T for a year won’t be coming to this store ever. And they we’re rude the guy there was the only one that wasn’t rude

This location has the best customer service. The manager was super helpful in setting up my phone and putting my screen protector on....Very nice staff!
