Let me tell you about my escapade at the AT&T store. I swaggered in, ready for some account assistance like a lone ranger, and guess what? I was the only customer in sight. It was like a private party, and this one person behind the counter was my co-conspirator.Now, I've been to my fair share of stores where they treat you like you're interrupting their smoke break or something. But not here, my friends. No sir, not at the AT&T store. This one person, the lone warrior on duty, was all ears and ready to take on the challenge of satisfying my cellular desires.The service I received? Lightning fast, my friends. It was like Usain Bolt on steroids. I barely had time to break out my stand-up routine, and they were already tackling my account issues with surgical precision. I mean, they didn't even break a sweat. It was like watching a magician perform sleight of hand, but instead of rabbits, they were pulling out solutions to my problems.And let me tell you, it was easy. Easier than convincing your buddy to lend you his Netflix password. Easier than stealing the last slice of pizza without anyone noticing. Easier than... well, you get the idea. This one person knew their stuff inside out and had my back like a loyal wingman. They navigated the treacherous waters of my account with ease, leaving me feeling like I just conquered a mountain without breaking a sweat.So, if you're looking for an AT&T experience that's smoother than a jazz saxophone solo, look no further. They may have had only one person on duty when I walked in, but that one person was all I needed. They were quick, they were easy, and they left me feeling like a million bucks. I strutted out of there with my account issues resolved, my head held high, and a newfound respect for the art of customer service.

Just left the store to get my Apple Watch fixed the cellular service the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED NEVER COMING HWRE AGAIN.

Nanyo helped us resolve a problem that was created by another AT&T store. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and explained our new charges clearly when buying a new phone. I’ll be coming back to this location next time!

We were told that if we sign up for AT&T Internet, we would receive a $200 Visa card. We were told that as soon as we sign up, we received the card. It's been two weeks and we've had about 80 different promises that it would get here. Still no email saying we can claim our card. Don't fall for this hoax. We've already paid our first bill and still waiting on our Visa card. The manager even said "you could use it for date night, go have a nice dinner or whatever". They'll say anything to get you to sign up for the Internet. The Internet is a great price, but I wouldn't fall for this because you're not gonna get the visa card.

The manager, Christopher, has been phenomenally helpful to both my husband and me with setting up new phones, pairing apple watches, initiating trade-ins, and being generally patient with seniors learning to use their devices. He is friendly to everyone who enters his store and is very skilled at multi-tasking with different customers simultaneously - like a magic trick!

Not representing AT&T well.Went in to get a refund on a product I had purchased three weeks prior. I was attended by Alicia who told me that AT&T only had a two week return policy. She could not show me on my receipt where AT&T stated that. (In fact when I went home later I saw that AT&T offers the manufacturer’s return policy for their products. In this case my item would’ve been 30 days.)However she said that I could go to an actual AT&T store on Hulen to dispute bc her location was only an authorized retailer. I asked her which location it was if she can tell me the address. She told me to look it up myself on my phone. I told her that she was an AT&T employee and she should be able to give me the address. She refused.I asked to speak to her manager Chris who also said that he would not provide me the address. He told me that I could look it up on my phone as well. When I told him that that was not good customer service he told me that their store was not owned by AT&T and they can provide whatever service they thought necessary. When I told him I wanted to speak with the actual store manager he told me that Ali was not in, but that he would have him call me. I have called the store back three times now and not one time haven’t been returned a call back.There are TWO AT&T stores on hulen. How can you expect me to know which one is the right one to go to. Put on your human decency cap AT&T. Youre an AT&T store, whether youre corporate owned or not should not have to be for customers to have to figure out. There is ZERO reason you couldnt help give me the address of the right at&t store to visit. (They have cameras, so anyone would be able to go back and see, there was no one yelling or causing a scene, they just didnt want to be bothered to give an address for a different location.)The store was dead when i went in, i can see why: we’re better off not going to AT&T for our wireless needs. Too much trouble to even be given an address.

First off, I’d like to say that I have never received such phenomenal experience at any wireless store in my ancient life of 27 years. The manager Chris, not only went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of, but he made sure to communicate all options available to me. And when I walked out the door with my brand new phone, only to turn heel and announce that I actually wanted the bigger one, I was met with the majestic actions of a man desperate to create a perfect experience for his customer. Chris called 3 stores, rearranged city lines, and recoded their entire POS system so that I could pick up my new phone that night. What a unit of a salesman. When my children grow up and they’re looking for a role model, I will tell them the tale of Chris at AT&T. Chuck Norris? No. Mahatma Gandhi? No. Thor? No… Chris at AT&T. At the end of time when the skies open up and the name Chris of AT&T echoes from the heavens, we will all know who to look to, for all of our cellular needs. Chris, the man, the myth, the legend….The AT&T man.

Friendly staff; clean facility. Unfortunately they cannot help customers to close an account or remove a phone line from an account. I have had to call 611 and wait an inexorbinant amount of time over 3 days for a representative to help me.
