Found an eSIM added to my AT&T cell phone account ….
The source of which neither I nor the store rep could identify …
Seems a little phishy to me, to which I receive the standard AT&T answer of ‘I don ‘t know what you are talking about’.
Along with, ‘let me see your phone and I’ll take care of that right now!’.
Hhuuummmm ……..,

Terrible service, I came with my brother who speaks Spanish to contract the Wifi service for our house, I have been an AT&T customer for years, I speak perfect English and Spanish, but when I arrived (and saw two workers who looked Latino) I asked to speak to someone in Spanish, one of the two workers went into the warehouse to avoid serving us, turning his back on us and the other crossed his arms, I interpreted the act as them not wanting to serve us or as racism. At the end of the day we were unable to contract WiFi services here because they wanted to force us to choose the plan they wanted and not the one we needed.

Went into the store about 15 to 20 minutes before closing time desperately needing a new device. A rep named Jonathan greeted us as we entered the store and immediately upon pulling up my account he let me know that the system was preventing me from getting a phone at that time due to a billing issue on my end. He could have just let that be and sent us on our way and I would not have known any different but he went the extra mile and found a way for me to get my phone right then and at a very affordable price. He also did so knowing that he was going to have to stay later after store closing time. Extremely satisfied with my experience in these times lately where customer service seems to lack more often than not. Thank you Jonathan and ATT!

I have their fiber internet and when it decides to work it’s great. However they have been having issues with their modems causing them to lose internet connection. I’ve had 2 different techs come out and replace the fiber from the pole to my house and everything appears to be in order. They even fixed issues from my initial set up. From what they tell me the problem is nation wide and there is nothing they can do. Since I work from home this is very frustrating. Highly consider taking your business elsewhere where

The workers do no know the policy on the Direct tv streaming. Making false advertisement so what happens is ATT takes your money and then you have to wait 3 days for your money to be put back. Not cool at all, even the supervisor don’t care!
