frankly this was the worst experience i ever received at any provider. My wifi was promised within three days and then arrived dirty and used it was a refurbished used wifi air that didnt even come with the cord so there was already inconvenience number one with having to go back to the at&t store and show them the disappointment we received at our front door. then we were told from there that the at&t store could not help us and that we had to hop on a call witch took 43 minutes to get a hold of someone who could help us because no one knew how to do their job. by the time we got in contact with the right person it had been over an hour in the call already. we were told basically we have no choice but to cancel our original order meaning we have to place a whole new order and wait four extra days with no wifi in our apartment because of their disregard of doing their jobs right. and on top of that we now have to go to a ups and deliver back the USED DIRTY equipment they gave us within thirty days. Personally i think who ever packed order number 24-742595284839503 should be fired immediately!!! because now we have two outstanding payments because of their stupidity!

Be sure to check your itemized bill after you make any purchases here because you will have nextup and insurance added to your account without your consent.
edit: in reply to the owner, I have already contacted att customer support and have had all the unauthorized features removed. I think it is important for you to train your employees that adding unsolicited, unwanted features should never be done. Please do better. Thanks.

I came into the store as my phone would not take a charge with a charging cable. Gio attempted to help me by cleaning out the port, but could not get it to work. He asked for my information and found that I wasn't on the account and told me he could not help me until that step was done. After I got put on the count, I came back Sunday at 11 AM as the door has that time posted as when they open and found that they don't open till 12. So on my 3rd visit to the store I was told that I can use my warranty to initiate a repair and that this info should have been conveyed to me on my first visit and no Att member info was needed. Today I went to the repair center only for the repair tech to spend 10 secounds clearing the debris Gio missed and sent me on my way. Be careful what information you receive from the people at this AT&T store.

I went into this location on the day pre orders started at 9am to order the iPhone 16 pro in black. I told the employee twice that I wanted the black iPhone. I waited till the release date and received my order in the mail. When I opened the iPhone box, the phone was the desert color. Not black. This color wasn’t even talked about when I ordered my phone. I called to get this fixed and was told that I can send the phone back and wait weeks for the new one or take it in and pay $55 for restocking fee to get the right one. This is crap and not how along long time customer should be treated when an employee at AT&T made the mistake.

Purchased a new phone from base and got zero help. Went to this location and got all the necessary help i needed to transfer phone info and installation of new phone. Customer service reps were very professional and eager to help.

Jarred A was fantastic….. needed to surrender an old phone to claim my promo credit for trade in…. A trade in process that was not correctly completed at a at&t corporate store…. Jerred engaged and verified everything required to complete promo credit of 700 to my account in less than 10 mins…. No fuss no mess. Could not have asked for better support! Thank you Jerred.
