I walked into AT&T with only wanting to come out with a new phone, not knowing how to do that.. Jawaun greeted us as soon as we made eye contact. He helped me throughout the process while not being pushy and understanding what I wanted. I left because I accidentally left my wallet, I came back 20 minutes later and he was ready with my things to finish my transaction. I felt so seen and very satisfied with my purchase at this AT&T! Thank you Jawaun :-)

I wholeheartedly recommend Sam for recognition due to their exceptional customer service. Sam consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Specifically, I was impressed by his Detailed Explanations, Honesty and Transparency, Friendly and Approachable Demeanor and. Accommodating Nature.
Overall, Sam's commitment to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable. He is a valuable asset, and I believe he deserve to be recognized for his outstanding performance. I highly recommend him for any form of recognition or reward that acknowledges his dedication and skill.

Worse than used car salesmen. They will sign you up offering credits to make a new phone close to free. After you send in your device, they will take away $700 in credit, meaning you’ll pay almost retail for the new phone. If you call customer service, they will not help. If you go into the store, expect to be gaslighted repeatedly and for them to take no accountability for the problem. I’ve wasted hours upon hours trying to resolve this and no one will help you.

Matthew (Bryant Ivrvin store) was great. We have been to several AT&T stores and no one could resolve our issues or even seemed to care. Matthew took his time with us, resolved our issues, and seemed to care! He is a great person and you're very lucky to have him.
