The check in process is broken. It works well when someone is available to take your name when you walk in. If not you have to wait for them to come over to you and check you in and will just walk around not necessarily getting customers in the order they walked in. For instance, a person that walked in 10 minutes after me when check in before me.
Otherwise I just have to walk up to someone interrupt them to get checked in.

I had the experience of setting up my home internet with Goldie and she was amazing!! Great customer service and explained everything thoroughly, made me feel great about my decision and also made the process so easy. Will be coming back thanks to her, she needs a raise!!

Absolutely the best place to get a phone. The staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I got the phone I needed. They reviewed my account and I ended up with additional savings on my bill. I came in because I was getting targeted by a scammer and needed to make sure I protected my account. Chris and his manager Ava made sure everything was taken care of even though it took several phone calls and a lot of their time to do it. I have had ATT service for years and have been coming to this store for upgrades and service because of the great job they do. They always make sure everything is taken care of, at this location it’s about the Coustomer not the sale.

Had to get a replacement sim card since my mom lost her phone. Went in first time and employee was unfamiliar with the process and couldn't activate a some for me. Came back the following day and was promptly greeted and assisted in and out in less than 25 minutes with my replacement sim. Rep even called to confirm that everything was still working and I didn't have any issues with the replacement sim. So 1 not so good experience then one excellent one
