PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS STORE TRIES TO SELL YOU. It’s like a car dealership. They’re not honest, and will literally do anything for a sale.
1. They told me I had 30 days to change my mind about a new phone I bought, I tried taking it back to a cooperate store and was told I actually only had 14 days, because it’s a personal phone, not a business line. So now I’m stuck paying on a phone I’m not happy with.
2. They lied about having extra rewards that were not a part of the promotion and also never put in the promotional rewards they said I would get. (I had to call retention for this, which thankfully called the store directly for me)
3. I was told my bill would be about $50… and it’s $96 a month.
4. I was told that if I had added next up , I could upgrade my iPhone 15 to the 16th, the next month … (I bought my 15 in July and the 16 released the following month) with credit for the 16, guess what, I can’t. I actually have to pay 33% off of my 15 first….
My advice…Just call customer service to get a new line, their lines are recorded and they are a lot more honest than store sales reps.
I understand wanting to make sales but, at the cost of your customers (people) that’s tacky and desperate. Money is not the issue for me… it’s the manipulation to get a sale that is so upsetting.

I was waiting in the store for 25 minutes to get helped and they told me just give me a second becuase they were busy so I did and I then got finally spoken to and I told them about my charger that was not working correctly that I had recently got there and got a warranty for it and just becuase he didint have one alike the same one I had he didint give me it and wasted my time but when I bought the charger and warranty they told me they would replace it no matter what.

The cashier, John B., had absolutely horrible customer service. How can he work in customer service but yet have poor customer service?
I have been an AT&T Customer for many years and I have bought many phones. In the past, the customer service representatives set up the new iPhones and transfer all the data from one to the other. In addition, they always put on the case and the screen protector before I walk out the door. I expected John to do the same for me yesterday. John B’s “pathetic excuse” was that he can not help customers in the last hour of the day. It was extremely frustrating because they were not busy. The other employee was playing games on his phone while we were there. So, it is absolutely ridiculous that……
1.). I had to drive home without any AT&T service I’m sure glad I made it home safely because had we had an accident or something that would happen, we would have no way to contact anyone.
2.). I have problems with my hands. So putting on a screen protector is very difficult for me. I don’t have a way to protect my phone without it. So, it is a necessity to protect a $1000 phone. My wife tried to do it but was unable to do it.
3.) My wife is a diabetic Who connect her phone to her pod. She had no way to check her blood sugars. Very dangerous. We mentioned this to John who just shrugged his shoulders cause he did not care.
4.) I am unable to use my Apple Watch because it wont connect. That should have been done.
5.). I was unable to do my work this morning because Google Drive not signed in. John could have fixed this problem too.
6.). I am a very busy person who works every night until 8:30 pm which is past AT&T Store Hours. Yet, somehow I am supposed to get off work early to drop off my old iPhones as trade ins. I sure wished John would’ve taken care of this yesterday too when he was supposed to be doing his job.
7.) We were also interested and willing to buy accessories but we left because of John’s bad attitude. The store and AT&T lost money because of poor service.
AT&T needs to remove its name removed from this store because I expect high quality customer service from AT&T. This store does NOT represent AT&T well at all especially with poor customer service agents like John.
Please avoid this store and go to another phone carrier, if you want to get help from a company that cares about their customers!

Horrible customer service. That employee only cared about leaving on time instead of helping customers. I had to drive home with no service because he didn't care. Glad nothing happened on the way home but if we needed help, we could not call anyone. I have diabetes and lost connection with my pod. I had no way to check my sugar levels. Very dangerous! When I told the employee I needed help. He said I can't help people during the last hour of day. Customer service agents with NO customer service. Ridiculous bad attitude by employees.
