Yes, the one thing I did not approve of being that I am an entrepreneur is the fact that we were not greeted upon entering the building. Customer service is everything in my line of business. And it should be in every business. Although AT&T representatives were busy with other customers, someone could have taken the time to acknowledge us and could have said...Hello, we will be right with you, etc etc. But no one said anything. We just waited around 20 minutes, and finally, someone assisted us. After being helped, it was all good. But at least speak to your customer or potential customer and acknowledge them upon entrance. It makes the customer feel good, and it's common courtesy and professional.

Too high bills never go to AT&T . They never give you relief for your bill. I had very awful experience. T Mobil is the best.

I recently visited AT&T Alliance to trade in my phone, and my experience was highly disappointing. Despite being on the NextUp program, the representative, Zack, overlooked this and told me I needed to pay off my phone before trading it in. From the very beginning, Zack was negative to work with; there was no step of the way where he had a positive attitude toward any part of the transaction I tried to accomplish. Additionally, he focused on minor wear and tear, suggesting my phone wouldn’t qualify for the upgrade. This unhelpful and dismissive approach made the entire process uncomfortable. I’ve decided to cancel all services with AT&T and find a provider that values me as a customer. For the record, before any claims about my phone’s condition arise, here’s a picture to show the screen is intact.

I am so sick of this phone company. It's always something and you can't ever get anybody on the phone or the chat. I've been hacked, all my information leaked to the dark web, was promised a $200 credit to my plan for their own mistake 2 years ago that I never got, incompetent people working for this place, my rates to my phone plan went up with nobody ever telling me they would go up and now I've lost access to hbo max. I seriously think they're trying to lose customers. I had them for years and nothing ever happened like this before until 2 years ago and it's one thing after another. Why do I spend all this money with this company to be treated like garbage??!

I had the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I called corporate to sort it out and the store is independently owned. I had to order my new phone online. With that being said I work in corporate America I would be livid to have an employee working for me representing my company the way this person did.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I've received regarding a device that I no longer possess. I provided the tracking number to confirm its return, yet I was still asked for the same information by your representative. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.
As a customer, I should not have to reach out on a Sunday morning about my bill, especially when I've already fulfilled my obligations. It is incredibly frustrating to have to follow up and ensure that your team is doing their job correctly. This experience has been infuriating and has left me feeling undervalued.
Due to this ongoing frustration, I have decided to switch carriers. Your service has consistently frustrated me to the point where I no longer wish to do business with you.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects a significant failure in customer service.

They told me my bill would be $120 a month. It’s $180 a month. Spent a lot of money paying off phones and switching just to get taken advantage of.
Also told me my internet cost would drop. They actually went up. Be very careful about what you agree to in this store.

We used this franchise to purchase a new phone for my wife. They were offering a promotion for installments on a iPhone. 5$ a month, the sales rep incorrectly charged us full installment prices which equates to over 500$ more than the promotion.
I’ve attempted to call ATT and have it resolved both times I’ve called they stated the issue was corrected yet each bill I get I am paying the full price.
Stay away from the franchises and just go to the corporate stores.

How does an ATT store say they can’t help with a request but tells me to call att… so what’s the point of the dumb store then. Also why open a store in the area where your signal is literally garbage?

I went in for assistance with my new phone and Ellie Tavira was such a tremendous help and very polite. She is a good representative for this store. Her willingness and professionalism were a refreshing experience. I am soo thankful she was there that day.
