If I could give this store a negative I would. Absolutely ridiculousHad service at an address and was moving. Was told they don't service my new address so brought all the equipment in canceled the old address. Did everything I was told to do. Come to find out Nothing was done on their end... Been charged for my old address and the new one when I finally was told they do service it.... Have had an absolute disrespectful treatment at this store and with reps on the phone. They have done nothing to resolve the issues or apologized for the treatment that has been given. If there is a different company that can service your address I'd recommend going with them

Alesha was the best person we’ve ever worked with at the A T & T store. She was very knowledgeable, & helped us get a phone for my husband, who lost his phone when he had a stroke the first of December. We were very impressed with her “customer service” skills! We will definitely go back & ask for her!

Went in the store to get an At&T phone looked at. She said because we are trying to use it on T-Mobile network it's their issue, when the phone was just unlocked by At&t. So we were instructed to call customer service for AT&t and T-Mobile to get the issue resolved. Bear in mind there was nobody in the store except for her watching TV . It seems we interrupted her TV time and customer service isn't allowed during these times. Kinda sad that she didn't even try anything other than rushing me out the door.

I visited this store to purchase 2 ipads today thinking it would take a substantial amount of time. Mike provided excellent customer service as he was knowledgeable, and super efficient! I'm very pleased with my experience today!!

I have never had a company tell me I cannot use a service I have paid for, for two years, without spending more money. If you get the Next up to upgrade your plan you better have bubble wrap around your phone. But I guess I’m the only one who would get a scratch on the screen. All their employees sure like to laugh at someone with kids who just get a ding or a scratch and now can’t get their upgrade. I would cancel all my services with them now if I wasn’t locked into their plan. But I’m sure those employees are laughing it up!

Both times I visited worked well. Ordered a phone online early morn. I could have them ship it or had an option to pickup at store. As it's like 1/2 mile from the house and I could have them move all my stuff off the old phone it was a no brainer. Did have another visit to fix an att app. That was also painless.

Avoid AT&T at all cost, especially if you a business owner. Alot of your calls will not go through, only way I found out is my brother and lawyer tried to call and they had the sense to text me to let me know they tried to call, and at&t wants examples and when the lawyer called, they said they couldn't find any issues, exactly, it's because they can't fix the problem, SO DO NOT USE AT&T. Use any other service. Because you have a phone so that you can call and receive calls and AT&T does not provide that and their corporate office doesn't care. They will pretend to work on your case and then say they can't help you because they can't find the problem.

Came here yesterday to switch wireless providers. Verizon has gotten really bad lately and we got no reception after we moved houses. The process was relatively quick and very easy thanks to the rep that assisted us.Hector was helpful, informative, and very knowledgeable. He found us discounts we could apply to the phone plan and made the switch as painless as possible. He was quick, efficient, and aided us in switching, which took less than an hour. The longest part was waiting for the phones to update/transfer data over. Hector is the man and I’ll definitely be asking for his help if we ever need to come back to the store. This location is the best one I’ve ever been to. Phone service is awesome now with AT&T

Hector was very patient with our family and made the process very easy. He gave me a detailed list of the price breakdown and provided many options to help set up our service for an out of state family member. He was also very funny!!

Never ever trade in your older phones to AT&T. We have a family plan with three lines. All three phones were upgraded to new iPhones, and we traded in three older iPhones. Each month in the bill we have a charge for the new phones, and there should be a credit applied for the old phone trade in. But AT&T likes to forget to apply the trade in credit until you call and complain. So you have to pay YOUR bill on time, but they do not have to make on time payments for the trade in credits. ???

Morgan helped us as soon as we walked in from a different store and provided us with yhe best customer service I have ever experienced with AT&T. She was efficient and got us the best deal with trading in our phones and informed us of all of the sales and deals. She was fantastic.

Just want to send a shout out to Casey and Ellie for superior customer service!! If I could give 10? I would in a heartbeat!! These ladies showed compassion and understanding in my situation. Not all managers and representatives do this, and they spent the time to continue to help me and my family deal with a difficult situation. THANK YOU CASEY AND ELLIE!!
