Whoever the short overweight Hispanic male is that works at this location is extremely rude and refuses to help anyone who walks through the door. He also wouldn't tell me his name! That is extremely unprofessional. I saw his name tag later that his name is Mauricio. Mauricio told me I had to go to At&t corporate office for what I needed yet refused to give me the address claiming he didn’t have it. How am I supposed go where he says I need to go without an address? Then he said not to record him and started hiding behind a wall while recording me. He continued being unprofessional by saying I was weird. All he should have done is give me the address or help me look it up of where he is the one telling me to go but not giving an address! Makes no sense. Terrible experience with him.

I had a horrible time online with Customer Service. I was about to not choose AT&T, but Sarah in store on Eastchase made me feel WAYYYY better. She was willing to help, and took action. She totally changed my mind and experience. You have another customer due to her service!!

Beware of Unethical Practices at This AT&T Store
I had a terrible experience at the AT&T store on Eastchase Parkway due to a dishonest representative named Mauricio. Without my authorization, he added AT&T HomeTech Protection ($25/month) to my account. When I recieved the text message from AT&T saying the service was added not long after leaving the store, I tried calling the store multiple times, no one answered.
I finally got in touch with Mauricio after a friend went back to the store to get his name for me. When I directly asked him why he added the service without my consent, he hung up on me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical.
If you visit this store, double-check your account and any changes made to avoid being signed up for services you never agreed to. AT&T should seriously address these dishonest sales tactics.
