Ethan was very helpful and attentive. The was able to provide a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Then his associate delivered my car to my office once the work was completed and took the loaner car back to the dealership, which was a huge time saver for me. Thanks Ethan for all your help!

Terrible experience. I buy a new vehicle every two years… I have bought in Plano and I live in Shreveport I’ve bought from several dealerships abroad. I have never been done the way I was done at Audi Fort Worth… I just want other buyers to beware. I found a vehicle that I wanted from this dealership. I reached out to the dealership, salesman called me back. Everything was perfect. We negotiated a price the next day. We agreed on the price by 2 PM that afternoon I sent in my proof of insurance. I was already prequalified so I ended up doing a hard credit inquiry on my credit, sent my drivers license front and back…I finished all my tasks. And the salesman then texted me The vehicle had too many issues for us to sell, so we are sending it to auction… I just wish the vehicle would’ve been checked out first before they listed it on their website because now I have a hard credit inquiry on my credit report which affects my credit score… I have bought from Porsche in Shreveport Audi in Shreveport and I have never heard of this ever happening from a vehicle that they have listed on their website because they are supposed to through a vehicle inspection first… They carry the Audi brand but be careful with any used or preowned vehicle from this dealership…. Wish I would’ve known about issues before a hard credit check. I will be reaching out to the credit bureau…

I wasn't planning on writing this review but since I emailed all of the managers to let them know how disappointed I was and none of them made any effort to respond to express concern, I'll leave my piece here. I purchased a used car with a year left of warranty on Friday evening and noticed a noise coming from it the day after I purchased it that only occurred when I drove over 60mph. When I test drove the car I did not hear it because I did not go over 40mph. Saturday I notified the man who sold me the car and he told me to make an appointment to bring it in. Fast forward 4 days later it's still making the noise and my tire light came on, we took it in immediately, and after a full day they let me know my wheel bearing had been significantly damaged and this was not covered under warranty because I'm the one who caused this. I bought the car literally less than a week ago and told them I noticed the noise the day after purchasing it. They said they'd have to "speak to someone above their pay grade" to see if Audi would agree to cover it. I was absolutely furious that Audi sold me a damaged car that supposedly had gone through "recon." Which didn't happen because this would not have been missed. I waited two days for them to give me an answer without a car and they did not offer a loaner. I missed a day of work because I did not have a vehicle. They finally reached out to let me know Audi would cover it since it was so close to when I purchased it as if they were doing me a favor. I emailed Chris the GM, Ivan the Used Car Director, and Veronica the Service Director to let them know how disappointed I was with the overall experience, and not one of them reached out to say "I'm sorry" or responded at all to my email. My sister purchased a used car from here and her tire light would come on frequently and they also put the fault on her even though she had just purchased it. If you're buying a new car here you might have a better experience but if it's used I'd go somewhere else. Audi does not care about customer service after you've purchased a car.

We dropped off our vehicle for an oil change on Tuesday. Got a phone call on Friday saying the technician was on the highway driving, when someone smashed into him. Dealership is saying it's not their responsibility, and I need to file a claim with the responsible parties insurance company. Really? I entrusted you with the car. Why was a 22 year old kid driving it, when he was not the one performing the repair. Why was he on the highway? This is customer service? The General manager Chris Chiv, offered to trade me out of it. He then proceeds to lowball us on the trade value. Really? You want to turn my heartache into a profit for the store? I then spoke to the GM's boss, platform manager, John Lukehart. Guess what, he stood by the trade value. This is can't be real. You smash my car, tell me it's my responsibility, and then try to make money off of us, by selling us a new one and lowballing my trade? We now have a smashed $150,000 audi sitting at their dealership. This is sickening

Had an excellent experience from beginning to end! Note, I am not a fan of car shopping usually because of the sales and finance teams. However, in this case once I found the car I wanted I was able to get all of my paperwork done prior to arriving to pick it up. My sales person Nick was great and the finance manager that I worked with (I hate I can't remember his name) was the best finance manager I've ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle! It was as though I was talking to an old friend. As it turns out, I talked to a family member afterwards and she said she bought her first Audi at this exact same dealership and had a similar experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Had an outstanding experience from the moment we entered the dealership.. drove over an hour to look at a specific Q8, Jace (sales rep) met us in the lot and showed us around. Did not feel any pressure… ended up purchasing a different Q8… very professional staff and the financing portion was really clean as they offered numerous maintenance packages that we took advantage of. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Love our new car!!!
