I would like to share my recent amazing experience with Audi Fort Worth in Benbrook. I recently bought a 2017 Audi Q7 from Grand Prairie Ford and owned it for 55 days and it broke down on me. The coolant pump went out and a couple of lines broke. I took it to Audi Fort Worth and they fixed the problem in 2 days. The staff was amazing. Then 2 days after driving it another coolant line broke. I had to have the vehicle towed to Audi Fort Worth. I thought I was going to have to spend another $1,900. I spoke with Ethan in the service department and he understood my frustration and said the repairs will not cost me anything. Ethan is amazing and I will be taking my Audi Q7 here for any and all service needs. Thank you Ethan for your amazing customer service.

I was a bit disappointed, l had oil change and two new tires put on the rear of Q8. I specifically asked if washer fluid was filled as it had just run out when I had dropped car off for service. I was told all fluids such as this are checked as a standard and filled. My wife drove the car home and got a check pressure message on left rear tire driving home. Pressure was fine technician never reset tire pressure when replacing tires I guess? Washer fluid was not filled either. I had to reset tires pressure on car computer and add washer fluid. I expect better from Audi service.

It was a great experience buying an Audi Q5 from here. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions thoroughly. There wasn't any pressure to buy that would have made us uncomfortable. Overall highly recommend buying from them.

Let me preface this by saying I typically don't feel compelled to leave reviews. But my experience with Bill and Ben was so different from the norm that I want to share it.I'll start with Ben. Ben was very attentive. While working the deal, he offered to get drinks and snacks for my daughter, wife, and me multiple times. Not just telling us where they were but offering to get them himself. He let me use his phone charger when I realized I didn't have mine. AND even let me use his phone to compare the offer and crunch numbers while mine was charging. He was so attentive that I started to feel like this guy was a part of my family. Even when I pushed back on an offer, Ben had no issues trying to work a better deal. While not making me feel like it was wrong for asking him to do so.Then came Bill, the new car sales director. To me, this guy is the King of the castle. He's the guy who ultimately decides whether the dealership can give you the deal you've worked with the salesperson. Typically, from my experience, these guys have an air about them. Like they're holier than thou, while your peasant self looks at them behind the glass, hoping they'll be nice today. Bill isn't any of that. Not only did he come out of his office to crunch numbers with me, but he also was more transparent than I've ever experienced before. So much so that I ended up with a deal I didn't even think was feasible. And, as a plus, found the person I'll be going to every time I plan to get a new Audi (this is now my second).I have no clue what experience you'll have at Audi Fort Worth if you work with someone other than Bill and Ben. But, I can without doubt say those 2 provide the best experience I've ever had at any car dealership.

Coming from California Audi dealerships where, I get a loaner whenever my car went in for service; to being told that my 2014 S8, don't qualify for me to get a loaner. Leaves a little bad taste in my mouth, but giving 4 stars for the courteous service and the repair. I am happy with that, but no loaner is like telling a customer, his car isn't as good as the customer sitting next to me in the waiting room to get their loaner. Might want to look at the inequality or the look of discrimination, just a thought..

I bought my first Audi 11/17/2023 from Jason Flores (214-995-1113). He went over the car and we took a test drive. The car is very advanced for me so it took a little more explaining then it normally would but Jason went over the items that I needed to know and the car is amazing. I would recommend this location and my salesman Jason Flores.

The salesman that I worked with, Anthony O'Bannon, was phenomenal. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns. He took everything I said into account to try his best to get me what I needed. My issue came when I had to meet with the finance guy, he tried to give me a very sub prime rate, when I knew I could get better. He had no desire to work with me to get the best deal for me. I left the first day without the vehicle. On day 2, I shopped my own deal and got a 3% lower interest rate, the second finance guy was much more helpful, and I'm sure I made his job easier because I came in with my own financing. I left with the vehicle and a deal I felt good about on day 2.

The service department here is absolutely TOP notch! So much better than the Grapevine location which is actually closer to my home. Service Advisor Kirks (sorry if there is no S in your first name - that's what is on my paperwork) McCoy was amazing. He kept me updated on every step being done to my Audi and the status of the diagnosis and repairs - communication is important to me which is hard to find these days. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm not sure who the Service Manager is at this location but she / he should be VERY proud of the team.

Audi is my go to vehicle and this place has always been great. Ethan my service advisor is available day and night when i call or text him with any concerns. I can't say how easy it is to work with this dealership. I truly feel like a million bucks when I deal with Ethan. That's the kind of service I would expect from a top tier dealership. I've already owned 4 Audi's with my most recent one being the eTron GT. I always look at how I'm treated after the purchase NOT before. I haven't been disappointed yet.

We have been customers of Ft Worth Audi for 10 years. 5 different vehicles, both leased and owned. Outstanding service from them, every time. From the porter to the service manager, they have always taken great care of us. Best dealership in the metroplex!

I was headed to Houston and hit a pothole in Waco. I have run flat so I was able to get to a discount tire. They didn't have my tires or anything comparable so I called Michael at Audi Ft. Worth. He was so helpful. Long story short. He got me all of the information I needed to get back to the dealership where he had a tire saved for me. I didn't get back to the dealership until closing so they fixed my tire and an issue with my radio, and I had my car back the next day.

Exceptional service! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle and want to be treated like the human being that you are, go here and enjoy the experience. Actually enjoy it….yep, I said enjoy! Jonathan Top was my salesman and I highly recommend going to see him. Fantastic communication, does what he says he’ll do, and very respectful. I honestly don’t want to buy a car anywhere else!

Great car buying experience. Full transparency, efficient process, competitive pricing, clear and direct communication and excellent follow thru. From Alex the General Manager, to Bill the New Cars Sales Director to Jason the Brand Specialist and David in Finance, they are all consummate professionals. I remember all of their names because when a dealer asks you to buy a car from them and be part of their family at Audi Fort Worth it is sincere and not just lip service. I live in Dallas and have plenty of options for this brand but I know I made the right decision driving a few miles further. I am already planning my next purchase with them. No need to look further if you are looking to buy a car regardless which part of the DFW area you live in.
