Staff may be intelligent that’s how they probably find there victims but there service is the poorest I’ve ever seen in my time. I’d rather take my vehicle to a shop in the hood before ever doing business with these people again.

I did a lot of research on the vehicle and while I would have preferred to go with a brand new one, the year, mileage, and price point was just right. Most of all it was because of Greg. I have never purchased any vehicles via text, not in person, and Greg made it very seamless. It required a lot of trust as you can imagine on the buyer part, and it was very easy to trust Greg. His quick response, timely communication, and patience was greatly appreciating. He followed through as well once the vehicle was delivered. His assistance and methodical approach truly differentiated himself and your company as an Auto Retailer. So Greg, many thanks and its been almost a month, and I am totally enjoying the vehicle. I purchased a used 2020 X3M competition from this dealership. I absolutely love the car. The dealership and customer service not so much… I purchased my vehicle back on January 13th, told my plates would be in about 6 weeks. I thought okay no worries… March 13th comes around when my tags expire and NO plates.. I can never get updates or good responses on when my plates will arrive I get a “the state title office took them back” which I work at dealerships they have plenty of tags and plates available. I also was not given a second key for this vehicle after they said it should be no issues getting one after I purchased the car. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated that I’ll be driving around in expired tags for the lack of urgency and business practice on this dealerships part. I ask for a manger every time and no one’s ever able to speak or won’t return my phone calls. If you want nothing but customer service problems then come get your car from this joke of a dealership.

Loyal Customer since 2011 leasing here every single time. Until this year, like most of us buy out our own lease car. They tried to give me an interest rate of 5% when I have an amazing credit score, I said to Laura the financial lady, no thank you I have a better offer with another bank, long story short, I signed a financial agreement of 40k when my pay off was 28k. I noticed all that until I got home and reviewed everything. I called them back left voice mails, and of course they did not answer me until I called the 800 # and I told them my situation, I talked to the Manager he said first will be a few of $250 to cancel the financial agreement, I said is fine, I just need to cancel it, he promised to call me back the next day. Never did I called again to the 800# explained everything again, and told me they will called me back first thing in the morning of the next day and They did and said: I don’t have any obligations with Them, that I can go with any other bank. That was May 7th 2022 and today is May 18th trying to recover my $700 dollar of down payment, after sending and email, called and now posting this in here. I guess I will have to dispute it with my credit car. DO NOT TRUST THEM go and look for a credit union .

I can STRONGLY recommend Daniel Whitt who assisted my family in purchasing a used vehicle. He was very honest and easy to work with, answering questions and looking into a detail for us. Very straightforward and courteous and respectful. This was car buying the way it should be. I must also give credit to Ryan Ziegler the Finance Manager who handled everything with professional excellence.
