Have been using this mechanic for years but recently they have gone downhill. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible.
I drop my car off on a Tuesday they tell me it will day 1 full days work to finish. I come back on Friday and they tell me the car will be ready that night or Saturday morning. I come back Saturday morning and they say the part didn’t come in and they will have it in and hour. I go about my errand and check up on my way home and they tell me they lost the keys. My husband and I both contact the owner and he’s minimally responsive, giving us indirect answers and insincere apologies. Everyone gave us different answers saying they were locked in his office, they were stuck in a friends car, or just lost and couldn’t be found.
The circumstances were just sketchy. I had to contact authorities and threaten to sue in civil courts before the owner finally showed up and still offered no real resolution.
Finally the Monday after I dropped it off they found my keys and I got my car back HOWEVER they left my window down the entire time and my passenger side was rained in multiple times. The door lock and unlock buttons are not functional anymore and they didn’t clean all the dirt and debris that entered during the storm. When I received my car the seat was still soaked. They also didn’t put any of the covers back on my battery or under the hood. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I went there to get my car fixed there was something wrong with my AC and long story short it was never fixed correctly matter of fact I had more problems with my car and it's engine after I took it there so not only it was out of my money but I also had more problems then I begin with I do not suggest this broke down ghetto place

I went here to have the air on my 2007 Dodge Nitro repaired and him and his wife screwed me out of my money he charged me $350. to repair my air conditioner and it still dont work but of course he only take cash so I am out of my money.
