I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve ever bought a car and didn’t feel like I was being sold. At first, I wasn’t too happy with how things started, but when Tyler stepped in, everything completely turned around. He kept in touch with me the whole way through, explained things in a way I could actually understand, and made sure the process went smoothly from beginning to end.
What stood out to me the most was how he treated me — with respect, patience and no pressure. I really felt like he was looking out for me and get me the car I wanted, not just trying to close a deal.
In the end, I’m not just happy with the numbers — I’m so grateful for how I was treated. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and just ask for Tyler. 10 out of 10 experience.

I scheduled for a home pick up. No one showed up, so I called to see what happened. It turns out my online reservation went to the wrong dealership. But the advisor immediately got a pick up set up, and got my vehicle to the dealership. They got all the work done and even took care of some recall work that my vehicle needed. I have had nothing but great experiences here, and I will continue to come here for all my service. Thank you!

If this was for the purchase process only, this would have a 5 star rating. Brian Reyes was an awesome salesman who took care of me and made the process smooth. Unfortunately, 2 months after purchasing my truck the rear tail/brake lamps and turn signals quit working. I searched to determine what fuse would fix this, but Ford does not clearly identify which fuse operates these lights. When I called the dealership to get assistance I was passed from parts to service, one service rep transferred me to another rep. That rep, name unknown, offered NO customer service and talked over me every time I tried to explain what I needed. Mid sentence she transferred me to Parts without saying what she was going to do. The parts rep answered and just said, I'll be with you when I can before putting me back on hold. I have now been on hold for 30 minutes and received ZERO assistance from an organization who is supposed to be customer service oriented. These employees lack even the most basic sense of customer service, and have no accountability as they just pass around customers who need help. DO NOT recommend this business beyond purchasing a vehicle!

Wonderful service only one problem they forgot to hook up the air filter sensor. My check engine light came on and a lack a wrench popped on at the bottom once I got home I opened the hood and saw that it was not connected small oversight, but it scared me half to death But everything is wonderful

Brought in my 2011 Ford Taurus Limited due to it not cranking. They stated it needed a new key fob and new battery. Replaced it and my car still not cranking. Stated they need more to time to diagnostic only to find out for just 3 hours that’s an additional $600 on top of $800. Why am I being charged for something that clearly wasn’t the problem from start.went to have my vehicle moved to another shop on 8/11/2025 and the inside of my car was taking apart. Jason stated it was brought in that way which is a lie thankfully the person that towed it to auto nation took pictures before towing it. Then I was told that I said I had it a shop before taking it to auto nation which is another lie. What I said was I had someone look at it. Jason talks as if he did me a favor instead of taking accountability for their screw up. Thankfully the shop I took it to found the problem in fixed it In a hour. I would not recommend going here for any services.

Took my car in last week for a leaky rear tire for the driver side. They said the leak could not be plugged so I need a new tire. When I wash my car today, there was a dent at the bottom driver side door. It looks like when they lifted the car Something hit it. No one said anything. I will never go back to this dealership and I suggest you don’t use it either especially veterans.
