Purchased our Mazda September 19th 2024. Walking into the showroom it immediately felt comfortable. My husband had spoken to Kip on the phone prior to going to the dealership. I really can’t express my gratitude to Kip, Matt, Adrian and our salesman Matt. The sales process was effortless. I previously had a Subaru which I thought would be my forever car. However, my Mazda CX 90 has definitely taken its place.

I highly recommend Hiley Mazda for any service needs! Chris and Elvedin are top notch employees. They treated me kindly and were very honest and thorough when going over what my car needed. They are also organized and very timely. Best dealership experience by far.

I've been coming here to get my Mazda serviced. Honest people that don't try to sell me stuff I don't need. I love the videos they send to show me the condition of the tires, air filters, etc. They always get me in and out as quickly as possible.

Worst possible service experience you could imagine. They kept my car for over two months, would promise dates it would be finished and constantly push it back. Every time I was promised a callback, the main guy at the desk would never call me back. When he would talk to me after i called back, he'd constantly interrupt me and try to rush me off the phone. I had to get another guy over him, who would call me back but then still lied to me and told me false dates. On top of all this, the repairs involved warranty work that caused them to replace my engine (which they had for a month and placed in it at the last week) and they made me pay for COOLANT AND FILTERS. Now, normally a maintenance thing right? YOU REPLACED MY ENGINE. Obviously that's not normal maintenance, and should have been covered. Plus, if you had the ability to put the engine in the car and could do it within a few days, saying it takes a long time doesn't hold water. Also, they were somehow amazed to find the turbo had been damaged which pushed them back further. They had it for two months, and didn't check that. I had to fight them to place the battery sensor under warranty when THE BATTARY WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND HAD COMPLETE FAILURE. I was told I had better be glad Mazda wasn't making me give them oil records when I asked about it. Finally in getting my car (which was nearly empty on gas) they took 150 dollars off the amount owed, and then slapped the stuff mentioned above which unsurprisingly added up to nearly the amount they 'took off'. If you need car repairs, pay the extra amount to tow it anywhere else. To sum up: Cons: Rude, Lying, Will find a way to try and charge you for stuff you shouldn't be charged for, Take too long. Pro: I never have to walk in that dealership again in my life. I hope someone reads this and is spared the garbage I had to deal with. There are actual good dealerships who won't do this kind of thing and make excuses for their actions. Go find them. I will tell anyone this if a conversation involving cars comes up at all. Never go here

They charged me $550 to replace the splash guard underneath my car. It's a piece of plastic and rubber that you can buy off Amazon for $50. They didn't even install it correctly. After less than a week, it partially came off while I was on the road. I won't be taking my car back there.

Alyssa, the young lady who sold me a pre-owned car, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about cars. All my questions were answered promptly and I would highly recommend her and Hiley. She even filled the gas tank!! They seem to only sell pre-owned cars that are high quality, not lemons! Overall, a great buying experience!!

Haley performed solid service on my wife's vehicle. Took our Mazda in for a routine oil change. The video recoding of their findings is something I haven't seen before and wis a nice addition.

Bad customer service. Promised a deal via cell phone. Drove 1 hour and 15 min there at 9am and only found another customer was planning to buy the car and negotiating the price...what a waste of time!

I went there by chance for an oil change and they treated me so good, now is my top place to go whenever my mazda needs something. Is a little expensive but their work is guaranteed. Oil change, battery, tires, alignment, experience, price and customer service matters. Bryce is always attentive. respectful and diligent. Thank you Bryce.

I went to Hiley Mazda yesterday looking for more information on my options to get out of a car I bought from another dealership that had put me in a real financial bind. When I got there Jeff was an immediate help! Instead of trying to upsell this and that he talked to me like a real person and had a genuine interest in helping me get un-upside down. His concern was my financial well being and he helped me without making me feel pressured to leave the lot with something. I feel confident going forward in the car buying process and he educated me on the dos and do nots. He was amazing and so knowledgeable!! I 100% recommend this dealership and I especially recommend Jeff to be your go to guy.

I came here to look for a replacement vehicle and met Anthony who helped me expedite the transaction finding exactly what I was looking for and flowing straight through the paper work so I could get about my business without spending too much time just shopping around.

Can't believe how friendly and courteous the people are. Took my wife's Mazda here for service and now wish I had a Mazda too. Hope their sales staff is half as pleasant.
