I dropped my car off for a service and I picked it up and it was washed and vacuumed. That was nice. I've taken my vehicles here for years. They have my confidence. So far, they've earned it.

I purchased my vehicle here come here for regular scheduled service as well. I tried the location in Arlington a couple of times as it is closer to my home, but they are not friendly there and it took twice as long for them to finish so the extra drive to Fort Worth is worth it for me. This location is always friendly and completes the service in a timely manner.

Look out for certain service advisors and techs. Took my truck for an Oil Change and Rotation with Ciara and she told me the maintenance plan I had did not cover the rotation even though it did on other occasions (also stated on the paperwork). Took my second truck for a check engine light covered under warranty, with Ciara as my service advisor again and she did not try to help me find a rental (Ford offers rental reimbursement if you rent a Ford vehicle during service work, but rental companies don’t specify online what brand vehicles they have) and stated they did not have a loaner available. Had my truck in the shop for 10 days and couldn’t go to work only for the check engine light to turn on again a day after picking it up. Reached out to Ciara to notify even though I was out of town, and asked if she could get me a loaner. Ended up taking said truck to the Ford dealer out of town where they booked a rental for me. Told me the part that was swapped out at AutoNation was installed incorrectly. They ordered additional parts and got the work done in half the time as AutoNation.

Had unexpected availability between medical appointments, so I called our Service Advisor, Darla Marshall, to see if I could get a needed oil change and tire rotation. She graciously accommodated my unscheduled service, and had me back on the road to my other appointment in short order. While we regularly schedule service appointments well in advance, unscheduled service maintained the same high standards of professionalism we are accustomed to at AutoNation Fort Worth.

Brody Hartwell, was very helpful when my service rep. Steve Hunter was not around. He was right there to help. He listened to what I thought was wrong with the car, and always informing me, on the progress and if any other problems were noted during servicing the car and getting it repaired in a short time frame. I was very pleased on how fast the repairs and service was. Thank You so much for all of your help.Scottie L. Clark

Repairs to the dashboard screen were completed in one day. It now comes on which allows access to the navigation system and radio.The 2 year warranty is a plus for this repair.

Everyone was nice and pleasant. The car seemed to run smoothly. However I thought I was going to have a complimentary car wash. There was oil dripping on the front fender. ?

I had a turn signal light problem and Auto Nation had my car in an out pretty quickly. It was also really affordable and they did my state inspection as well. Overall I was very satisfied!

On 3/1/2024 I ordered services from them 2 mechanics came out and quoted me on one repair. Which was inner tie rod for about 340.00. I looked on the website for full report and saw that there was another service I needed, tires and alignment, for about 630.00. I tried to set up appointment for tie rod service, because I could do my tires and alignment else where. They were willing to do my tires and alignment for the 630.00 but were not approving the work for my tie rod. I believe they just wanted me to do the higher priced work versus the lower priced work, and I paid for diagnostic fee. Not ok with this, I went with someone else all together
