AutoNation Hyundai N Richland Hills Service Center prepared my previously used Chevy Impala 2014 like new, including replacing the transmission and insuring the brakes worked impecably. This is my third time purchasing a car from Hyundai North Richland Hills, and even my cousin bought two new cars after I recommended this dealership to him. I truly love my new car. The service manager, Ian, was extremely kind, and JR is one of the most professional managers I’ve ever worked with. The dealership team overall is respectful, helpful, and great to work with.
However, I was very disappointed with the salesperson Bashar Nemri (Bob). He was dishonest and rude, and became angry whenever I asked for assistance with issues like the windshield visibility and the tire sensor light—things that should not be a problem when you just purchased the car. He told me there was no three-month warranty, which was not true, and advised me to ignore any warranty options with the finance officer. He even told me to say my brother had a mechanic shop so I wouldn’t need warranty.
He asked me to stop working with the first salesman who originally helped me, and after the sale, he stopped answering my calls completely. His behavior does not reflect the quality of this dealership and causes loss of trust and respect.
I love the car and appreciate the great team at this dealership—except for the disappointing experience I had with Bashar, which I hope management takes seriously

I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Hyundai, thanks to my service rep, Michael W. He was extremely helpful in navigating what would and wouldn't be covered by Carshield, making the entire process seamless. I was especially impressed by the video update I received from the technician, which clearly explained the suggested services and why they were needed. The level of care made me feel like I was driving a luxury vehicle. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future service!

I appreciate the timeliness for m
y scheduled car maintenance visit. Timing was better than even promised. I was given the option at arrival to have a ride home or wait. I opted to stay.. Estimated time was 90 minutes and about 75 minutes later I was leaving the dealership. Thank you.

I have used this service department for 25 years. I find them to be fair and care about me as the customer. Zac was his normal good customer service style. My car is 12 years old and has never seen another service department.

Provided excellent customer service. Came in for an oil change. Did 28 point inspection and determined I needed coolant flush. Waited for my vehicle and they completed my service in a timely manner.
