Someone just called me to schedule my oil change and I feel like that is life changing because I didn’t have to do anything except answer the phone!! 🤣

Didn’t have good customer service with them my advisor wasn’t there when I pick my truck up and the other guy didn’t even really want to talk to me when I was asking questions and was like I was getting on his nerves on top that and I found a scratch that was put on my truck after they had it for a week.

This location needs to fix their wait room. Even if you have a leak replace the tiles after the water stops. Home Depot has the same tiles in cases. The team is polite and very courteous. Great team poorly setup!!

Went to take my jeep wrangler to have an oil change . Was my first time taking my jeep for an oil change since I moved to Dallas . I made the appointment online and everyone was very nice while I was there and waited for my oil change . Daveon let me know how things were going and answered my questions.Would go back.
