BEWARE OF FINANCE TRYING TO SELL YOU EXTENDED WARRANTY EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT IT! CHECK THE VEHICLE FOR ANY SCRATCHES OR DINGS BEFORE PURCHASING. My sales rep was Kate Kim. I was overall satisfied with her customer service. She was pretty genuine and professional. I did notice some scratches on the vehicle that no one bothered to tell me about. (I'm sure at least one person at the dealership knew about it.) It was a brand new car so really, it should be flawless, but whatever, they did fix it when I brought it to their attention. My problem was with the finance rep, DANIEL THOMAS. He is my reason I will never purchase from this location again. **After I told him SEVERAL TIMES that I did not want ANY extended warranty, he managed to sneak in a 3 year/36k mile "aftermarket" extended warranty on there for around $1000.** I think $1045 to be exact. I even questioned him about it before signing, and he made it seem like it was a factory warranty...Which, in part, was my fault due to my ignorance and rush in signing the paperwork. Factory warranties does not come with an extra charge, and I was stupid enough to let it go even though in the back of my mind, I knew that was the case. It wasn't until he messed up on the paperwork, putting my last name first and first name last, and having me re-sign it all that I realized he snuck in that extended warranty! Thankfully, my husband is knowledgeable in purchasing vehicles and brought that to my attention when I had to re-sign. I am so upset at the fact that he did that to me and felt like he really took advantage of me. Never again! I've attached a photo of my conversation with him through text when I reviewed the paperwork after he told me I had to re-sign. I've also attached photos of the scratches on a brand new vehicle that shouldn't even be there. **Side note: They had me fill out a couple of surveys while I was there... during the purchasing process in which at the time, I was overall satisfied and had put that on the survey. But now I wish I could go back and change it.** MAIN POINT... Read all of the paperwork thoroughly, don't rush, question every $ amount that is on there, and don't trust FINANCE because they will try to sell you extra things that you don't need.

They did NOT honor the advertised sales price. Instead of 16 miles as was listed on the buyer worksheet emailed to me, it had 3500 miles and only after I found out did the salesman Kevin admit it was a demo. They tried to switch me into another identical vehicle for more money. They use bait and switch fraud. I called and emailed the GM multiple times but he refuses to talk to me. Stay away from these liars and crooks!

I purchased a car from Rose in May and that experiece was amazing but since then the after purchase service has been horrible. It is now September and I have not gotten my permanent tags because they mixed up the VIN numbers and the other party hasn't gotten them the paperwork to correct.I have spoken to at least 10 people since May and all I had was working on it till today but im still going to get my 4th paper tag today and Txdot says I can only have 3 temporary tags. I would not purchase from this dealer again if they where the last dealership in DFW

Brought my car in for service. Hadn't worked with this dealership before so was a little concerned. Reviews weren't great but were better than the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge dealer I usually use so decided to give it a try. Everyone was great. Very friendly, responsive and professional. My service advisor, Maddie, was great to work with as was the service advisor who started the process for me (wish I would have caught his name to shout out too!)

I would give it zero if I could, worst customer service experiencei have ever had anywhere, period. Took our Durango here to try to figure out an issue because it is close. First dissapointment is that they dont do loaners at all. The Durango is our family vehicle, needed to to get the jids to school, wife to work, etc. This already meams we will have to pay for rental out of pocket which i think is a failure on their part. I called on Monday and they said I couldn't schedule an appointment until Thursday, okay fine, thats reasonable. Dropped it off Thursday and the rep gave me their card with direct number saying she would keep me updated. Didn't hear anything by the end of the day, so I called the number, went to voice-mail. I called two more times today, no answer. I called the mainline, someone else answered and said they would find my rep, and put me on hold for 20 minutes. So I just went over there. They finally told me that it hasn't even been into the shop yet and probably wouldn't until Tuesday. What is the point of even having a waitlist to schedule a service appointment if you are just going to have to wait more. We have been unable to use our family vehicle for a whole week and for nothing. I will not ever bring any vehicle here ever again.

Not happy with the customer service and overall buying experience. I wanted a used vehicle that had all the options I wanted. Spent too much time dealing with finance team getting numbers I wanted. Tried to give me high monthly payments even with the co-signer I had with superior credit. Just didn't make sense. Then tried to sell me a new car that didn't have all the options I wanted because of rebates. They venture off to help others before even finishing a deal with you. I wasted a lot of time and a lot of gas dealing with this dealership. I'm still trying to get my deposit back and had to dispute with bank.

I wish I had read more reviews before dealing with them. Far more 1 star reviews than 5 star. Awful sales team. I told them what other dealerships were offering and was still willing to pay more just to buy locally. Others were offering up to 5-7% off invoice PLUS manufacturer incentives of $2k. After days of negotiating, we had an agreement of 3% off if I left a positive review for Kevin. I made my 30 minute drive in to purchase it and they surprised me by trying to include the $2k rebate off from Jeep as the 3% rather than on top of it. I declined the purchase and asked for my financing paperwork back since it had my SSN on it. Kevin said no, turned his back to me, and walked away. I doubt I actually would have even written this review if they didn't make me an offer that included a positive review and then reneg on the deal. It's fine, I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

DONT drop your car off here to get anything serviced. I had an appointment to drop it off Thursday at 12pm (my screen was not working) and was told they would look at my truck on Friday as they were "on time". Monday rolls around and I haven't had any updates. I called and left voicemails to both the supervisor and my service guy and never got a call back. I got an update at the end of the day through text that they simply looked at my breaks, checked the battery, and wheels. Today (Tuesday) I called again, no answer. Left voicemails, no call back. Unless you plan on leaving your car there for an extended amount of time not knowing whats going on I do not recommend these people. POOR customer service.

Recently purchased a car. Worked with Pancho who was extremely helpful and transparent. Given that AutoNation sells cars through a master network, it did take a little extra investigation. However, the value, support, and even the interest rate provided was better than any other car or dealership we looked at previously. Ask for Pancho - he'll take care of you.

I wouldn't buy a car from here... salespeople will waste your time and drag it out for hours, but their parts department is second to none.

Classic bait and switch. Nice used Jeep online but it's not available once I get there. They say it's in the back, but can't find the keys. And they say that if they were to make new keys for it, I'd have to promise to buy it. Meanwhile, they are trying to sell me a brand new Jeep. Pu-please. BYE!

I had a recall on my Jeep and AutoNation was great. I mostly worked with Rita, who is fabulous and coordinated everything perfectly, getting the repairs done quickly and efficiently. It was a great experience! Thanks, y'all!
