Terrible service. My car has been dropped off by the wrecker 4 days to get serviced. I called the next day to get a status and they denied that my car was there and that the wrecker had dropped it off, so I had no other choice but to file a police report for my musing car, the cop then confirmed that the car was actually there and that whoever I spoke to simply didn't want to look for it or give me any info. They're customer waiting area is dirty, they have no WiFi, no water, no coffee, no customer restrooms. This facility definitely needs a better manager who actually solves customer issues and retrains the staff on delivering better service.

Their waiting area for clients is dirty, they have no water, no coffee, and no bathrooms for clients. This facility definitely needs a better manager who will actually resolve customer issues and retrain staff to provide better service.

Pulled up at automation south Fort Worth. Made an appointment last week. Guy comes out and tells me to pull my car in. I do. I pull my car in and get out and stand by my vehicle. Another man speaks to me that works there and asks me what im getting done. I tell him. Oh ok. I don’t know why they aren’t coming out here he says. Stand there another 10 minutes or so. First guy comes out and says if I wanna be helped I need to either go inside or waive someone down…I approach him and say I shouldn’t have to waive anyone down y’all see me standing here and I have an appointment. He replies. Sir I’m with a customer. I reply. I dont give a (insert expletive) shouldn’t have been to waive someone down if they are sitting there looking at me. He starts walking towards me and asks me “what are you gonna do”? I said …I’m not gonna do anything..he says “yeah exactly exactly”. Oh. Sorry. I didn’t know I should come to auto nation ready to box.
Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this “ghetto nation”. Whoever runs this place should be embarrassed.

I brought my vehicle in to get brakes checked for squeaking. They said it was due to condensation. I took it to another dealership and they found that the front brake pads were on incorrectly. One side had two lefts and the other side had two rights. They deemed it unsafe to drive because it could lock anytime on the road. I cannot believe this place did not catch it!

I am very pleased with campus ford they are awesome about getting me in for service and making me feel like I am important to them the auto nation in Arlington where I live are terrible at both of those things so I have to go to ft worth to get my truck serviced the biggest thing wrong with both locations is the phone answering machine it is hard to get through to a real person to talk to

I found my P/U online Monday evening and it appeared to be what I was looking for. I called Tuesday morning and Anthony I would be there in a couple of hours. Anthony had the truck ready out front for inspection and a test drive. It had not been cleaned up or detailed yet which I liked because it showed me that the former owner took care of his truck. The entire process from test drive to getting everything settled took about an 1 1/2 hours and went very smoothly. KUDOs. I tried to buy a truck from Carvana and it was one big hassle after another. Went back the next day after dealership spruced it up and changed the oil
