The service department here is terrible. Can’t get in touch with anyone, techs don’t know how to put a center cap on - it’s just an all around disaster. They’ve lost our commercial business.

Brought my car for service and said it should take 3 or 4 days. Now at day 9 and still not done and no updates at all the entire time! most times when I call, I can't get anyone on the phone. I understand being backlogged with other vehicles, but at least provide some updates. I need to drive to Washington state to report to new duty station for the Navy, and I'm running out of time.

Took a little bit longer than expected to get my vehicle out of service center. The staff apologized for the inconvenience. Other than that everything is now working great, AC blowing cold now! Good job Auto Nation!

I traded vehicles with them in late June 23. The sales staff was good and energetic and very helpful. They gave me my paper temporary license plate dated to expire August 9th 2023. About the 1st of August I called and checked on my plates, they were not in but should be in very soon. On the 8th of August I called again and was told the plates were still not in and to continue driving and if I should get a traffic citation, they would reimburse me. On the 23rd of August I drove to the dealership, and was once again told they are not there, and informed them I had gotten pulled over by the police for an expired plate (checking to make sure I was the legal owner and not a fake tag and I did not receive a ticket). A salesman named Doug talked with me a moment and sent an email. The response he got back was that my plates would be here on Thursday the 24th and to call before coming in. Doug was very apologetic and kind.I called at 3:54 pm on the 24th of August, the receptionist told me that no plates had been delivered today. She said she had called earlier and they should be in on Friday the 25th of August.A Company as large as the AUTONATION empire should be able to have processed with no problem in a respectful time frame. I have worked for several dealerships, small and large, that have managed to process registration paperwork in less than the time allowed on the temporary plates issued. I worked for Autonation for a while and as tight as the General Managers are required to keep everything and everybody happy, this is a huge BLACK MARK on them. Several people in my neighborhood have bought/traded vehicles since I have transacted mine, and they have received their permanent plates in less time than their temp. tags were issued for. I have talked to a few others that have traded with Autonation, not from this location, and they have had similar experiences. I am very upset with this process and if I get a ticket for expired plates, they will be paying me for more than the ticket (which goes on my driving record), and I am a licensed instructor for a driving school. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH AUTONATION!

If you want to get a good car DO NOT come to this place, I live and hour from here, my ac is not working (they sold it to me like that) there has been a heat warning, so I bring my car in to get it "fixed" for the 3rd time, and they have no rental car, so I guess I'm supposed to run or fly to my house, there is also a missing part from my car, in conclusion this place is not worth the anger and frustration it gives, go somewhere else, you will NOT get helped here, they will send you to all kinds of different departments and nobody will take responsibility for something THEY SOLD TO YOU.

I have been warining people about autonation off campus due to the truck they sold me which got taken back 2 days after I purchased it And one of their employees Alex Rodriguez laughs at it extremely professional autonation “”Watch out buying from autonation off campus drive everyone I bought a 2019 dually from them 5-17-23 got it home and it had transmission problems as well as the truck had never been serviced. That is the air filter the truck was bought with from autonation off campus after it had already “went through service” Along with the two license plate lights in the rear bumper where not working only to look up under it and see they had both been cut. Most definitely not what you expect when you spend $60,000 on a truck The truck was returned to them 5-20-23 and was back up for sale again the next Monday. So buyers beware””

This review reflects my initial interaction with the dealership and representative and does not in any way reflect the salesman that ultimately stepped up to assist me. My initial meeting was with a senior sales representative who, hands down, is one of the most unprofessional, unethical individuals I've come across in a professional setting. The salesman used unethical racial profiling tactics and deemed me unworthy of basic assistance solely based on the color of my skin. This salesman went above and beyond to openly humiliate me infront of the entire showroom floor the moment I walked in for my appointment and even joked about how quickly he dismissed me to his coworkers once I stepped outside. I am absolutely disgusted, disappointed and horrified that in 2023, we are still relying on racial profiling to field easy sales.

Salesman was great. But the transmission is messed up in our truck. We bought the warranty and cannot get anyone to work with us to do the right thing. Left messages all week with multiple people with no call backs or resolutions. Started having problems with the truck within days of driving it. We have only had it for two weeks as of today. They just keep saying there is nothing they can do.
